3 Palms Retreat

With busy schedules, it is hard to get out of town for a long weekend... After staying at the Three Palms with friends (who also struggle to break away), the time spent there was perfect, and the house is beyond amazing. Not only is everything in place already (including more game activities than can be enjoyed in one stay), but the pool, hot tub (with adjacent TV) and beach access is better than even the description. There is plenty of room for everyone, and the restaurant and entertainment recommendations are awesome. Thanks for the opportunity to visit the house, it is GREAT!

Amazing Vacation House!

Amazing stay! The house is huge, clean, and right on the beach; couldn’t ask for a better location. We loved the heated pool, hot tub, and the game room was a blast for everyone. Perfect spot for big groups or family gatherings. Can’t wait to come back!

Unforgettable Stay Right on the Beach

This beach house has everything you could want and more. You are already right on the beach. There is an open area in the back of the house for cornhole, etc. plus a hot tub and pool. Inside the house, there are TVs and gaming systems everywhere, a spacious kitchen with a view of the ocean, and seating for 20+. The master bedroom/bathroom is roomy and luxurious. You can grill out on the deck, use the telescope to look at the stars, or just sit and listen to the ocean. This place has it all!

Everything you could want exactly where you want it

Our group had an amazing stay for our trip to Melbourne Beach. The house hosted multiple families with ease and was the perfect location for wedding activities through out the week. We felt like the pictures didn’t do the view justice and the pool was a cherry on top for the kids. 10/10 would recommend and look forward to staying again in the future!
