OLIVE TREE VILLA

Traumhafte Lage.

This is a beautiful villa in a stunning location. The accommodation is very comfortable and the host is very helpful indeed.
Our party of 8 spent most of its time on the covered patio area adjacent the pool which is where we ate our meals. Every now and again one or other of us would just stand and drink in the view. It really does take your breath away.

Beautiful villa in a stunning location

A beautiful place to stay for a quiet, relaxing holiday. The view is truly magnificent. We were a group of 12 (4 of whom were young children). The accommodation offers plenty of space and opportunities to retreat to some quiet corners. We actually spent most of our time by the pool and on the adjoining (covered) terrace, which also has an outdoor kitchen. The hostess (Natalia) was very friendly, helpful, and completely uncomplicated. Everything was spotless upon our arrival, and we immediately felt very comfortable. The accommodation is secluded and therefore very quiet. You really have your own space here. The drive uphill and downhill is a bit adventurous, taking you along narrow, sometimes steep, roads – but you get used to it quickly. It takes about 7 minutes by car to reach the supermarket in Lamporecchio. There isn't a huge amount to do in Lamporecchio itself. There are a few restaurants, an ice cream parlor, and a nice market once a week. We didn't do a huge amount ourselves (city trips, for example to Lucca and Florence, are a good option). It was very hot, and we preferred to spend our time by the pool.
So, to sum it up:
a really beautiful, quiet, and comfortable accommodation with a great pool and a very friendly hostess – ideal for a relaxing holiday with a larger group/family. We highly recommend it!
