Lilikoi is a 3 bedroom villa.
It has a private pool and panoramic sea view. The villa is enitrely furnished, tastefully decorated, and well-equipped. The villa's indoors and outdoors flow almost unnoticed into each other.
Details of the villa can be seen under the 'Amenities' tab, an array of photos of the villa can be seen under the 'Photos' tab - and of course, please let us know if there is absolutely any additional information we can provide!
Lilikoi is fully-staffed by both a cook and a house-keeper, who live off-property but come in daily, as best suits your needs. We also have a gardener, and pool technician, who each work outside a few days a week. Our staff are happy to arrange a grocery/food order for you, and will pass along those bills to you at cost. If you'd like them to do so prior to your arrival, please send us a grocery list of items in advance and our staff will get what is available and in-stock locally. Please give our team at least 7 days notice to organise this.
Lastly, this website is run by the owners of Santa Margherita and Lilikoi villas. You may notice that our rates listed here are slightly lower than the rates our villas are listed for through our booking agents. This is because our booking agents are excellent professionals in what they do, and they offer their guests a wide array of services and customer support, that we - as villa owners - unfortunately do not have an equal capacity to similarly offer ourselves. Thus, we recommend booking through our partnered booking agents in order to access these services and this great customer support. Nonetheless, we will be very excited to host you if you book through us directly, and we will give you advice, support and and connect you with services as best we can.

Lilikoi

Lilikoi is perfect in any way! The beach just a short walk from the house and a good sized pool right in front of the house, which seemed a lot bigger than in the pictures. We always had a nice breeze on the patio, which helped us cool down on the warm summer days.
Lilieth and Paulette prepared very tasty meals and made sure the rooms and our clothes were clean. We couldn't have asked for more.
Thanks also to Alexandra for the communication and the organization prior to arrival. We arrived and could start our holiday right away. Definitely hope to return to Lilikoi.

Absolutely gorgeous!

Just returned from 11 day stay at Lillikoi having spent only four days there last year.
It is a very open ,airy villa with lots of different seating areas inside and out.
Most likely one of the cleanest well kept and well equipped villas at Silver Sands.
Thanks Alex, until next time

We went down for a last minute weekend away and didn't quite know what to expect. Happy to say that we LOVED this villa. The location was nice, a very short walk to the beach and tennis courts. Though we barely left the villa as it was so comfortable.

The living room was spacious and all doors can open out to the pool area and capture a great view of the sea. Also all the ceiling fans were super fast and kept us cool.

The pool, it was just off the living room and it was the perfect size and it was DEEP. There was also an outdoor living/dining room right off the pool for lounging while you dried off. We ended up spending most of our time here.

Overall the space was clean and comfortable. Big ups to Paulette and Lilieth. Who kept us fed and happy. We'll be back!

Relaxed vibes

First opportunity to try Lillikoi ,having stayed numerous times over the years at Santa Margherita
Now we have a 2nd favourite
Lillikoi is open ,airy and bright with lovely views of the sea
Most impressed with the cleanliness and neatness throughout the villa ( it was spotless)
Must plan a longer visit next time

Really enjoyed Lillikoi

This is a modern, open house, with a super view of pool and sea. The beach is a 3 minute walk away and you can hear the waves from the house. The open plan living and dining spaces make the house light and airy and full of breeze. The staff are nice and very accommodating.
