If you want to experience lush Mediterranean environs coupled with breathtaking sunset views, then Olive tree Villa is your kind of place. Situated in the area of Alikandros, a 10 minute-drive from the port of Batsi, it was recently built in accordance with the precepts of the local architecture but also blends successfully new design trends. Olive tree Villa can accommodate up to eight guests, in two totally independent housing units. The main villa covers a total area of 150 s.m. in one level and is suitable for 4 guests. It encompasses an open plan kitchen, a spacious living area with a fireplace and a dining table, two bedrooms and two brightly coloured bathrooms. All doors open to a wide veranda, where much of the summer-life takes place. A stone kiosk protects the big wooden outdoor table and the built-in BBQ from the desires of the north wind called “ Meltemi”. Whether starting your day with a typical Greek breakfast or ending it with a hearty BBQ, the veranda will become the epicenter of your summer days and the point of departure for your daily trips around the isle. A fully furnished studio with an independent entrance, situated ten or so exterior steps under the main unit offers complete privacy. At a bit over 60 square meters and able to accommodate 4 guests, it is in essence a separate petit villa which consists of a comfortable sitting area, a kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom. The sitting area, with a double futon next to fireplace, may serve as the second bedroom. The stone tiled veranda with the built-in stone table is the ideal place to end the day, sipping local wine while watching the sun disappear into the deep blue of the Aegean. Undoubtedly, what makes this house unique is its exterior sitting areas and its lush Mediterranean garden. Plenty of olive trees, a couple of bougainvilleas and a plethora of indigenous plants surround the houses and the verandas, in an extraordinary estate of 4.000 s.m. Digital photography hardly captures the amazing beauty of the Cycladic land, but hopefully fascinates the imagination as to what lies ahead. We will be more than eager to host you at the Olive tree Villa and give you tips and recommendations on how to make the most of your holiday on the island of Andros.

Olive Tree House

Beautiful, spacious family holiday home. Incredible views. Alfredos and Sophia was always available and so helpful when some of our luggage got delayed.

Beautiful, spacious family holiday home

A refaire.

Très belle maison

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the house. It’s a beautiful property in an amazing location, offering plenty of privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. One of our favorite parts was having breakfast on the terrace each morning while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The host was very friendly, helpful, and always available whenever we had questions, which we really appreciated. The only area that could be improved is the overall condition of the house. It wasn’t quite as clean or as well-maintained as we had expected. Some dishes and cutlery appeared dirty, and we noticed dust on surfaces and picture frames. We think the property would benefit from a thorough deep clean and a few minor renovations to bring it back to its full potential.Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this host. With a little extra attention to cleaning and maintenance, this would be an exceptional place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the house.

Super cool design house and the hosts are really nice people.
