Clube Alvor Ria is a modern complex by the harbour in the village of Alvor. The apartment is on the first floor, completely renovated with one bedroom with a double bed and two bathrooms with walk-in showers, the apartment has a beautiful view of the swimming pool, river and sea. The complex has an outdoor pool, large sun terrace and car parking in a secured area through security gates at the complex. At the swimming pool, you have your own personal locked sunbeds that are private for the apartment. The apartment comes with wifi, portuguese and english tv, air conditioning and all utensils needed for your holiday. For golf enthusiasts, the Alto Club and the championship course at Penina are about 5/10 minutes drive away. The long sandy beach, which boasts various eateries, is only 0.5 miles away and the fishing village of Alvor, with shops, restaurants and supermarket is directly next to the complex. There is also a Sport complex with a public indoor swimming pool/tennis courts/skateboarding and hydrotherapy baths next to the complex. This complex is one of the many few in Alvor that is in the centre of town, by the beach, with parking and a swimming pool. Nearby, in addition to several beaches and the ria de alvor, there are a number of options available such as: water theme parks, several golf courses (Penina Golf, Alto, Gramacho and Palmares). Also near the Algarve International Aerodrome where you can enjoy various activities. We can on request arrange various activities of interest. We also recommend a visit to Zoomarine. In Portimão, you can visit the Museum and Municipal Theater. We can also arrange airport transportation with a local family company - A22 Transfers.

We have just returned from eight weeks in this lovely apartment. It really is like a home from home, it is clean and well appointed with everything that you could need. The location is excellent, with lovely views over the fishermen huts. We have booked to return again later this year.

Excellent apartment

Booked this apartment last minute with Alice who was very easy to deal with. Communications were quick and efficient and she also arranged the airport transfers which ran smoothly in both directions.
The apartment is immaculate, modern and well equipped with everything that you could possibly need, even providing beach towels that we did not expect. We would 100% return to this apartment.
