There's a communal swimming pool and also secure parking. Clube Alvor Ria is a modern complex by the harbour in the village of Alvor. The apartment is on the ground floor which has one bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed in the lounge that will sleep an additional 2 guests. There is one renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower. The apartment has a beautiful view of the swimming pool, river and sea. The complex has an outdoor pool, large sun terrace and car parking in a secured area through security gates at the complex. At the swimming pool, you have your own personal locked sunbeds that are private for the apartment. The apartment comes with wifi, portuguese and english tv, air conditioning and all utensils needed for your holiday. For golf enthusiasts, the Alto Club and the championship course at Penina are about 5/10 minutes drive away. The long sandy beach, which boasts various eateries, is only 0.5 miles away and the fishing village of Alvor, with shops, restaurants and supermarket is directly next to the complex. There is also a Sport complex with a public indoor swimming pool/tennis courts/skateboarding and hydrotherapy baths next to the complex. This complex is one of the many few in Alvor that is in the centre of town, by the beach, with parking and a swimming pool. Nearby, in addition to several beaches and the ria de alvor, there are a number of options available such as: water theme parks, several golf courses (Penina Golf, Alto, Gramacho and Palmares). Also near the Algarve International Aerodrome where you can enjoy various activities. We can on request arrange various activities of interest. We also recommend a visit to Zoomarine. Apartment is great, and has all you need for a great holiday. Alice is great to deal with and when unforeseen issues arose with over arrival everything was handled professionally.

This is the second year we have rented from A22 Property Management. Alice Jones has gone above and beyond in assisting us during our stays. A22 Property Management service is top-notch. We were looking for an apartment in a specific area of town and Alice found us exactly what we wanted. After leaving this season to return home we realized we had left something in the apartment and Alice personally coordinated the return of the item. Just returned from this lovely apartment, it was in a brilliant location 5 mins to center of everything beach, harbor and town. It was very well equipped, felt very homely, highly recommend. also we had a car very secure spot loved it will return
