Dean Lake House

All the girls in our family took a trip to stay at the beautiful Dean Lake House. There was 10 of us staying and we all slept comfortably. We spent most of our time on the outside deck and on the amazing dock swimming all day! It was pretty hot and humid when we were there but the house stayed nice and cool. When we were done swimming for the day, we enjoyed time in the hot tub looking at the beautiful view. We did have a train go by a couple times. I thought it would be so loud but actually it was really cool to watch and not loud at all! Allen and Starr were great hosts! We will definitely be back!

Girls Trip

Our family of six adults recently stayed at the Dean Lake House, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The home is absolutely beautiful, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully equipped with every amenity we could have needed. We especially appreciated the privacy and the convenient walking distance to downtown Watkins Glen. The lakeside views were stunning, and we enjoyed fishing from the private dock every day. This is one of the most beautiful and spotless vacation homes we have ever stayed in. We had a wonderful experience and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

Thank you again for helping make our family vacation so enjoyable. We hope to return in the future!

Such a beautiful home!

Spent an excellent long weekend here with my parents and my siblings and their spouses. The house fit all 8 of us comfortable and we were able to play games and eat dinner together in the dining room and on the patio.

The view of the lake is gorgeous and it was so fun to kayak and canoe from the dock. The location is also close enough to town that you can walk or kayak into Watkins Glen if you have the energy for it. We would absolutely return to Dean Lake House if we do another Finger Lakes Trip!

The location was also great for my dad who is used a walker. The first floor bedroom was perfect for him and my mom. There were some stairs to get into the house, but he was able to get down them with help.

Mid-May Finger Lakes Weekend Trip

We had a super nice time at the Dean Lake House. It was very clean and had many amenities. The owners were very attentive and kept in contact through the whole process answered all questions quickly. We would definitely rent this home again!
