Welcome to Annalee's Trail House! This spacious home has been thoughtfully updated to offer you a cozy stay with 7 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, perfect for large groups or families. Revel in the beauty of the Appalachian mountains and explore the famous Hatfield McCoy trails. Our home is equipped with plenty of parking, a washing machine and dryer, air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, and a full kitchen with cooking basics to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

West Virginia faces a severe water quality and infrastructure crisis. We STRONGLY urge you to bring bottled drinking water and gallons of water for cooking. This is a state wide crisis that strongly affects our county and other southern WV areas.

Annalee's Trailhouse

A group of 7 of us stayed here for 4 days and we really enjoyed it. It was nice to stay in the same place, but when we wanted our privacy we had it. Each couple had a separate bathroom which was very nice. Plenty of room inside and out. Had 3 trucks and trailers and probably could have fit 3 more. Left a spare machine and parts on my truck all week and nothing was bothered. Gas station with decent food and a dollar general a few miles down the road. Also close access to warrior trail. We also rode Pinnacle, indian ridge, pocahontas, and quite a few outlaws without trailering as well. Would definitely come back and would recommend for large groups or small groups that want privacy

Guest

We (a party of 14) loved staying in this home. The host was so kind and communicative and wanted to make sure every part of our stay was relaxing and enjoyable! House was spotless, spacious, and well-stocked with linens and kitchen needs. We loved how many bathrooms there were, and the beds were super comfortable! Host deserves more than 5 stars for going above and beyond. Will definitely recommend this home for anyone looking for an ATV/UTV experience.

Thank you!

5 Stars—clean, wonderful host, spacious!
