Welcome to Three Willows, a private Catskills retreat set on five acres of rolling countryside with sweeping views of your own pond, open fields, and surrounding hills.
Spend your mornings sipping coffee on the deck overlooking the water, your afternoons exploring the property or nearby Cooperstown, and your evenings gathered around the pondside fire pit before soaking beneath the stars in the hot tub.
The property is designed for both relaxation and connection. Unwind in the panoramic barrel sauna, enjoy movie nights in the theater room, cast a line in the pond, or simply take in the peace and quiet of the countryside.
Families especially love Three Willows. Kids can spend hours exploring the treehouse, running through the open fields, and creating the kind of outdoor memories that are increasingly hard to find.
Located within easy reach of Cooperstown baseball tournaments, hiking trails, charming villages, breweries, and ski areas, Three Willows offers something special in every season; from summer evenings by the pond and spectacular fall foliage to cozy winter spa weekends.
Whether you're gathering with family, reconnecting with friends, celebrating a special occasion, or simply escaping the city, Three Willows offers the space, privacy, and experiences that make a Catskills getaway unforgettable.

Panoramic Catskills Farmhouse and Spa

We came with our elderly father for some family time and we truly enjoyed the location. A little slice of heaven away from the world. Loved the sauna, the sun room and sauna, the lake, the tree house, and even the swing out by the stream. Truly a gem.

Truly the perfect spot

Great place with great scenic beauty. Highly recommended if you want to relax for a few days.

Highly recommended

The only thing stopping me from giving this review 6 stars is 5 is the maximum. The house was very comfortable for our group of 7. The kitchen and dining room where we spent most of our time was spacious and made alot of great memories. The deck and backyard , with private pond , fire pit, and babbling brook made for a scenic weekend retreat . the hot tub has a nice view of the pond where we saw no less than 10 types of birds having a blast . the hosts were gracious and responsive to any and all questions . the home was well stocked for cooking meals in the spacious kitchen. I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking to get away from the urban grind and traffic.

A beautiful house where it felt like the hosts really “thought of everything.” The kitchen was well equipped, we enjoyed the lounging areas as well as hanging out by the pond. Would absolutely come back.

The hosts really “thought of everything.”

We had such a relaxing stay and can’t wait to come back again!

A relaxing stay
