The terrace was perfect for morning coffee with a view. The outdoor hot tub under the stars was magical. Check-in was smooth and the welcome was warm. Communication with the team was quick, friendly and professional. The heating kept the whole property beautifully warm even when it was snowing hard outside. The design struck a perfect balance between modern and cosy alpine style. Honestly faultless from start to finish.
