This bright, modern apartment is a short walk from Dundee University, V+A Museum and the city's most popular cafes, bars and restaurants. Pleasantly decorated and fully furnished, this apartment provides an ideal location for a stay in Dundee, Scotland. 30 minutes from St Andrews, 1 hour from Edinburgh, and home of the new V+A Museum. Suitable for long or short stays, the accommodation comprises of; lounge with plenty of space to relax, double bedroom with plentiful storage, kitchen and bathroom. The larger sofa in the lounge easily folds out into a full size double bed (as seen in the photos)&nbsp;if required while the dining table doubles as an open and bright workspace. The perfect accommodation for both residential and corporate guests. Especially useful for long terms guests, there is a washing machine and drying rack for you to use and (since a lot of people ask) you are welcome to use the vacuum cleaner if you want to. There is also supermarket nearby along with gyms, a swimming pool, a casino and yoga studio all within walking distance. Feel free to get in touch about these before you arrive. There is a bright outlook and great view from the front windows of the property, which you can see in the photos! There is a well-maintained stairway up to the apartment and being a quiet residential block you are guaranteed a comfortable stay. Given this, noise must be kept to an acceptable level in the apartment and stairwell at all times. Please note, this flat is on the second floor. There is a Double bed and wardrobe in the main bedroom along with a full-length mirror. Also, have a great time in Dundee!

☆Spacious Flat Close to University and City Centre

The apartment was impeccably clean, and tastefully furnished. We never physically met Neil; given the easy self-check in process, and not having any problems during our stay requiring intervention, we didn't need to. All communications with our host were timely, thoughtful and informative, and I got a sense of real attention to detail that I think made our stay so seamlessly easy. I definately recommend this flat as a "base" for exploring Dundee and surrounds!


Brilliant apartment and ideal location. Check in and check out was fool proof. Really lovely person to communicate with - he made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is clean and has everything we needed. Shower is roasting hot! My expectations were exceeded and I look forward to staying here again.

Beautiful, cosy apartment, just few steps away from the main street in this area with bus stops and small supermarket, just short walk to IQ student accomodation and both universities and city center as well. Good atmosphe, very warm, elegant and pleasent place to stay. Big Tv and comfy living room, small but peacefull sleeping room and well equipped separate kitchen will let you feel comfortable, alnost like at home. Good WiFi and multiple USB socket! Very silent and quiete, with beautiful views over the city roofs up to the Thy!
