Also have another two other homes for large booking parties. One listing is one block North with 4 bedroom an pool available for combined 9 bedrooms 8 bath for large groups!!! We also have a Brand new build - listing is a mile north with 4 bedrooms 4.5 baths - both with heated pools! 
Fee to heat the pool is $50.00 per night and must give Owner notice in advance to have pool ready upon arrival. Please advise when booked if you want the pool heated for your stay!
Please advise if you need the pool fence put up prior to arrival - Also if crib needed please advise so it can be set up prior to arrival as well.
You will have access to the entire house - two car garage and fenced back yard!

Amazing Arcadia Neighborhood - lots of local restaurants, bars, parks, hiking and golfing with minutes of home! Less then 10 minutes to Sky Harbor Airport in very quite family neighborhood!!!! Close to Downtown - Camelback Mountain Hiking! 5 minutes drive to Old Town Scottsdale - Locations is the best!!!
Two car garage - very assessible for Lift and Uber

Carmen and her house were amazing! The house is identical to the pictures and had lovely furnishings. Carmen was great to work with, very responsive and kind!I’d highly recommend this house! Thank you Carmen!!

Amazing Stay

Lovely stay with a group of 8 at Carmen's house. The pool and backyard was perfect for our crew, as was the massive and well stocked kitchen and dining area. Easy to find and in the middle of a great neighborhood with easy access to hiking, nightlife, golf, and great restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Great Stay

Fantastic kitchen for hosting a family dinner! Kitchen and bed and bathrooms fully stocked and extremely comfortable. Pool was perfect size too and yard nice for our pup. Carmen was extremely attentive and responsive to address one minor issue. Highly recommend for chefs and for family gatherings!
