Slide Dome - Sleeps 8

This is a truly unique family vacation experience. The kids loved the dome and the loft for sleeping. Obviously the slide was the main attraction. I am happy to report we did not miss the tv but the kids did bring their iPad and were able to stream. We would definitely recommend for a family vacation.

With kids

Our church group came to volunteer in the area, and we were so lucky to discover this magical dome as our basecamp for the week. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something special. The dome was the perfect mix of comfort and charm—spacious enough for our team to gather, yet cozy enough for everyone to feel at home after a long day of volunteering. We might not have used the awesome slide, but the fire pit offered a much-needed place to retreat at the end of each day.
The owners were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their kindness made our stay even more memorable. We truly felt like we were in a home away from home, and it was the ideal spot to recharge and bond as a team. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area!

Thank you

Staying at the Slide Dome at Asheville Glamping was such a cool experience! The dome itself is super unique and definitely added a special touch to our Asheville visit. It looks just like the photos—everything is clean and well-kept and the pull out couches were surprisingly comfortable. The only thing to note is that the restroom trailer is a short walk away, but it’s definitely worth it. It’s also kept in great shape. Overall, it’s a fantastic place for a memorable stay in the area!
