The living room is equipped with a large smart tv offering all streaming platforms (subscription not provided) and thousands of free worldwide live tv channels. The living room has a direct access to the main terrace.<br>On the other side of the living room you can find a dining area with a large dining table with 6 chairs with option to extend up to 8. In the dining area there is the elevator, stair case to the lower and upper floor, a toilet and door to the kitchen.<br>The living area is air conditioned.</p> <p>The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, water filter, coffee machines and many other kitchen equipment and supplies. There is a direct access to the swimming pool from the kitchen. A part of the kitchen is a separate laundry room with a washing machine, drying machine and plenty of storage room.</p> <h4>Upper floor</h4> <p>There are 3 bedrooms on the top floor:</p> <ol><li><strong>Master bedroom</strong> with on suite bathroom with a walk in shower. It's a large room with a king size bed, flat TV with thousands of live TV channels, air condition, safety deposit box and sitting area with 2 comfortable chairs. The room has a full-width large window offering panoramic views of the coast.</li><li><strong>Double bedroom</strong> with a queen size bed, large TV with thousands of live TV channels, air condition, safety deposit box and a large full-width balcony like window offering panoramic views of the coast.</li><li><strong>Single bedroom</strong> with a fan and a window leading to the master bedroom (best suitable for kids).</li></ol> <p>There is also one shared bathroom with a walk in shower on this floor.</p> <h4>Lower floor</h4> <p>The fourth bedroom can be found on the lower floor. It's a large <strong>double bedroom</strong> with a king size bed, sofa bed, baby cot, air condition and a flat TV. In addition to that, there is a bathroom with a walk in shower on this floor and a small sitting area with a sofa and two chairs. This sitting area has also exit/entrance door to the terrace. The sitting room has a direct access to a large private garage.</p> <h4>Outdoor</h4> <p>The southern garden with the direct access to the living room offers a tiled terrace with a large table with 6 chairs and a gas BBQ and an artificial grass garden with 2 sun beds and a lounge for 5 persons.
