The House comes with all the amenities needed for a perfect Caribbean Island getaway, including Over Water Swing, Kayak, Paddle Boards, Snorkel Gear, Hiking Trails and Day Beds and when you are not enjoying being in the water, you can dream the day away on our wonder 360’ viewing  area known simply as the “upper deck”.  Morning Coffee watching the Sun Rise or Evening Cocktails watching the Sun Set come with some amazing views of this beautiful destination.

⋅ 4 bed / 4 en-suite bath/ exterior corridors home with all of the linens and toiletries needed with direct access to the outdoors. ⋅ A new modern, fully equipped Kitchen, a Screen Porch and a large Barbecue outside of the Screen porch. Please note: kitchen/porch is separate with doors opening up to the outdoors. ⋅ Air Conditioning, WIFI, T.V. 
⋅ Outdoor shower, Day Bed, Hammocks, Beach Chairs and even an over-water Swing. 
⋅ Concierge Service to assist with all excursions, dinner reservations and on island needs. 

Besides the amazing views of Stocking Island, Exuma has 365 islands and cays (one for each day of the year) surrounded by the most stunning blue waters you have ever seen and crystal clear when you're wading or swimming in it. This is the Bahamas and the beaches are some of the finest in the world.  If you are coming to relax and enjoy the sun & sand or looking for water activities like Swimming, Snorkeling, Scuba Diving, Hiking, Paddle boarding or even Fishing, then you are coming to the perfect place.
Our guests would have access to the "on the hour" boat shuttle from the Peace and Plenty Resort, back to the mainland, which is available every hour until 7PM. Boat Rental services are located in George Town and they have a variety of smaller sized boats.

You are looking at the best place to stay by far.Too may great memories of our stay here to list but here are some highlights and some things you should be sure to do during your stay.First of all there were eight of us My wife and I brought our three adult children and their plus one's.We never felt crowded as there is plenty of room here.Caramel knows this area well and can take you to any of the following places easily. He is awesome. He was super helpful start to finish.Be sure to visit turtle beach. We went there on both our first and last days.Snorkel the reef between Elizabeth Island and Guana Cay.Visit sand Dollar Beach.Visit Starfish Beach.Hike to Stocking Monument for the best views in the islands. It looks difficult but it is only about a half hour away down one of the most beautiful beaches on the planet and then a short 10 minute hike up a steep hill. Be sure to bring shoes (not flip flops) and plenty of water.Wake up early enough to have coffee at the hill-top shade structure for the sunrise.I cannot stress this enough. If there was rain at any time during the week prior to your stay, know that the mosquitoes are waiting to attack. Bring Off or some other repellant from the states as it costs $9.75 here for a small can.The sand bar in front of the house is a great place to hang out during low tide. and a bonfire on the beach is a must do.Overall, the trip of a lifetime and amazing family memories were made even better because of this property.If you are trying to decide between this and another property, choose this one.

1000% worth the money. hands down the most amazing place to stay. I wish I had one negative thing, but I don’t. House was fantastic and SO clean. Dishes were in fantastic condition and very clean when we got there. The beds were soft and comfortable and the best pillows.I have been to several countries and cities but this is hands down the most friendly island I have ever been to. people honk at each other to say hi. They go out of there way to be kind because they LIKE TO! It’s awesome!I wish I could explain how incredible the views are and how fantastic the beach is, but I can’t. I truly can’t that how awesome it is. A free shuttle can even pick you up from the dock if you book 1hr in advanced. If you need private escort, captain caramel is your guy! He is FANTASTIC and answers all your questions. The most friendly person I have ever met.He also took us to a deserted island with an amazing history. GO THERE!This house is incredible. Minutes away from snappy turtle which is a great restaurant and 10 min kayak ride from chat n chill. BOOK THIS HOUSE. BOOK IT NOW!!! You will thank me later!

My friends and I had a blast here! The crow's nest was really beautiful, and it was much easier than I expected to get to town or to find a great bite to eat on the island itself within walking distance. We even caught some fish and Snappy Turtle fried them for us. The staff were excellent-- always responsive and very friendly. The amazing chef, Mrs. Shariqua with Customized Catering & Chef Services, did a fantastic job with giving us a taste of Bahamian cuisine for meat-lovers and vegetarians alike. It would be great if the house had been stocked with some basics like paper towels and had a working garbage disposal in the kitchen, but I'm sure the owners will work on that. Overall, the location is a gem. The accommodations are stunning. And the people are wonderful.
