The open-plan living room / kitchen provides an ideal base for relaxing and taking in the sea views. The lounge has a comfortable leather sofa as well as a rocking chair. There is a dining table with chairs and windowseat overlooking&nbsp;the beach.&nbsp;
The kitchen is fully fitted with built-in appliances including fridge / freezer, oven & hob, microwave and coffee machine. In addition, there is a washing machine and dishwasher allowing for a true ‘home from home’ experience. 
Off the lounge, and a highlight of this fantastic property, is a large balcony with table and seating for up to 4 people, where you can sit back, relax, and take in the stunning uninterrupted views over Swansea Bay, breath-taking whatever the weather!
The master bedroom has double bed, built in wardrobe space and Juliet balcony, as well as an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom has twin bed set up as well as a built-in wardrobe, providing ample storage space. The family bathroom is fully tiled and has white 3-piece suite including bath with overhead shower. 
The property is ideally located in this sought-after seafront location, in the heart of Swansea’s Maritime Quarter, with easy access to the seafront promenade and close to nearby shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. WiFi is provided, as well as bedding and linen, and an allocated parking space just outside the main entrance.

We very much enjoyed our stay over New Year at this wonderful, well equipped and positioned apartment. We have stayed here many times and love it so much we keep returning.

Lovely location with parking included . Great views across the bay towards Mumbles and beyond to the north Devon coast (the weather was kind enough to allow this!) 
An airy spacious apartment with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The shower worked well and the tv allowed us to login to our netflix and amazon accounts.

We loved our stay at this flat. The flat itself has everything you need but the highlight for us was the location and the view! It’s a lovely little spot. You can be on the beach in 2 minutes. We loved morning walks along the beach. The flat was quiet and getting the keys was easy too. We had a delay getting to Swansea and the Bay were helpful and responsive in helping me get the keys after hours. The Observatory just 5 minutes away on the beach was a great restaurant. And you can walk to Swansea town centre in 10 minutes. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Bay!
