This stylish one bedroom apartment is comfortably furnished offering spacious living space and two balconies with views of the Prince of Wales Docks and towards Swansea Bay.
The open plan lounge / kitchen area offers fantastic socialising space, whilst the laminate flooring and coordinating furniture give a clean and modern feel. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with all that you could need for your stay, including dishwasher, oven and hob, and microwave. The large L-shaped sofa and swivel 'cuddle' chair make the living room a great place for relaxing, taking in the views, or watching the variety of channels available on the Smart TV. The lounge double doors lead onto a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the prince of Wales Dock and surrounding hillside. The master bedroom is open, airy and spacious, with king size bed, ottoman, matching solid wood furniture and plenty of storage space. The double doors lead onto a South-facing balcony with views over the River Tawe towards Swansea Bay, meaning that the property has the unique benefit of offering dual aspect views. When rest is required, the white wooden shutters in the lounge and bedroom do a great job of keeping out the light. The modern family bathroom has partially tiled walls and three piece suite including bath with overhead shower. This top quality apartment is located a short walking distance from Swansea Bay and the Maritime Quarter as well as the many local amenities. WiFi, secure allocated parking in the underground car park, bedding and towels are all provided, as well as lift access and concierge service.
