Welcome to Bayside Pearl. &nbsp;&nbsp;This gorgeous and completely renovated midtown condo is located in the highly sought after bay front community @ Thunder Island in D Building. &nbsp;&nbsp;2 blocks from the beach! &nbsp;Enjoy sunsets on our private deck on the 5th floor, sunning and swimming at our bay front pool, fishing from the community pier, and if you want, bring a boat and keep it for the week at the marina. &nbsp;
Location, Location, Location. &nbsp;&nbsp;Midtown OC is the best place to be. &nbsp;&nbsp;Located next to the convention center, there is so much that is a short walk away. &nbsp;Beaches, Seacrets, Castle in the Sand, Jolly Rogers amusement park, &nbsp;to name but a few. &nbsp;And the bus is located right in front to take you anywhere you want to go in OC.
Bayside Pearl is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium that sleeps 8. &nbsp;&nbsp;The master bedroom has a king size bed in and their own private bathroom. &nbsp;The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size and a full size. &nbsp;&nbsp;A queen sleeper sofa is located in the living room. &nbsp;
There are 3 televisions in total. &nbsp;The living room contains a massive 65" television, while both bedrooms contain a 40" televison. &nbsp;All televisions are smart televisions, with open HDMI ports for your playstations or other entertainment.
While there are so many restaurants that are a short walk away, you will love this wonderful kitchen. &nbsp;The &nbsp;kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, new high quality cabinets, with gorgeous tile flooring. &nbsp;&nbsp;Dine out, eat in, the Bayside Pearl will accommodate either! &nbsp;&nbsp;
Sunsets, water front, privacy. &nbsp;The balcony on Bayside Pearl has all 3. &nbsp;A picture is worth a 1000 words. &nbsp;Just look at our balcony and imagine yourself there. &nbsp;&nbsp;Best vacation ever!
Bayside Pearl Specific Rules:
* &nbsp;Check in time is at 4:00pm, Check out at 11:00am
* 2 parking permits and 8 pool permits are provided. &nbsp;
* There will be a $15 charge for lost permits.
* This rental applies to family or groups over 25 in age. Groups under 25 in age, Non- chaperoned, high school or college groups are not permitted.&nbsp; &nbsp;There is a Doorbell camera at the unit that is used to verify renters are of age.
* Pets are not permitted
* Bring all toiletries, food, coffee, trash bags. &nbsp;Linens are provided for all rentals. &nbsp;
* You are responsible for any damage to unit.
* Unit must be cleaned before leaving. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

We just stayed for our second year in a row and had a wonderful week! Great location, beautiful views and the owners are very responsive! We will be booking our vacation for next year very soon!

Great place to stay!

We have stayed at this condo two years in a row and have only had good experiences. The location is perfect and the owners are very responsive. This is our go-to Ocean City rental spot.

Barry and Ruth’s place was home away from home! They were both very attentive and the place was very spacious and close to the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Home away from home

We had a great stay at Barry and Ruth's place. It was just as described and in a very nice condo community that was quiet with a nice pool. We walked easily to a nice stretch of beach that wasn't too crowded. It was a little bit away from the main part of OCMD, but driving to see other attractions was easy and it made for quieter surroundings.
