To ensure a comfortable and respectful environment for everyone, these are strictly enforced:- No pets, no animals, no exceptions- No smoking, no weed, no exceptions- No parties, or loud music- Maximum 2 people at all times (no visitors beyond 2-person limit)- No street parking available after 4pm – garage only (check your vehicle size: max vehicle width 79”, length 205”)- No shoes indoors – new slippers provided- Electricity capped at $150/month (rarely exceeded unless AC runs all day 24/7)- Monthly stays: one-time starter pack supplies provided – guests buy their own consumables after check-in (Toilet Paper, paper towels, soap, detergent, etc.)

By appointment only. No self-check-in. No arrivals between 12am–9am. Host gives you a welcome tour.All guests have stayed here for at least 1-6 months and all had a great time. Cozy Beach Pad: AC, Walk to Beach, Garage Parking

This place was so clean and comfortable. Especially bed was very comfortable. Place was well stocked with all your needs for the stay. I didn’t need to get anything, just my food. Walk to beach is within 10 mins and place was spacious and clean. Enjoyed my stay very much. Just what I needed.

Really great stay

I stayed for an extended period and I have no complaints whatsoever. The apartment is clean and well furnished, check-in was a breeze, and the courtyard is a nice gated one with friendly neighbors. The host is a great host and was very accommodating of any requests I had. I had even locked myself out once and he responded within seconds and I was back inside within minutes. Highly recommend.

Amazing stay!
Perfect location, literally steps away from the beach, which made the whole experience even better. The apartment is very cozy, beautifully designed, and feels like home from the first minute. It has absolutely everything you might need, even small things you don’t usually expect. You can really feel the attention to detail everything is thoughtful and well taken care of. A big plus is the private garage, which makes parking free and hassle-free. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay!

I spent a few weeks in the apartment and would highly recommend it. It's located near by the beach and local restaurants and bars. the apartment was very clean and the neighbors were quiet and respectful. The host was very attentive and responsible. Overall, a very pleasant experience!
