This beautiful beachfront home with pool consists of 3 units, which can be booked separately or together. 
This specific listing is for the "Sunrise villa", which consists of 4 bedrooms/2 baths, and a large open concept Great Room for entertaining families or a group of friends. It is the entire upper floor of the building. 
Check in, kick back, and relax as we are perfectly nestled between the ocean and island entertainment, so you can enjoy the best of both worlds!

Our spacious island beachfront paradise has A/C in every room, king-size comfortable beds (in 3 bedrooms - the 4th has 2 twin beds), 50" flat screen smart TV, and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a big fridge/freezer, stove with an oven, and all the kitchenware that you need for cooking and hosting. We do provide some of the necessities, including shower soap, bath and beach towels, dish and hand soap.
Note that all guests have access to our private, sandy front-yard oasis with palm trees, a refreshing pool, lounge chairs, and an outdoor bar - perfect for practicing your cocktail-making and making new friends!
Walk out onto the beach, have a sunset picnic, or jump into the ocean!
We are located right next to a popular island bar, Sandy Toes, and many hot-spot bars and restaurants are within 5 minutes walking distance. It is an easy choice for you whether you want to party with the locals and tourists until late at night, then walk over to your place for a shut-eye, or wake up to spectacular sunrises and grab a coffee from several nearby coffee houses.
Or both!
There are many local markets in the area where you can buy fresh produce, and bigger supermarkets are fully stocked. All within walking distance. The food scene on the island is amazing, and there are many excellent choices with both local fare and fusion cuisines. And did I mention that it's all walking distance!?
The ocean is there for you to enjoy, whether you want to wade into the water or walk over to the public beach, or jump from the Palapa dock if you want a serious swim (or just a beer at their patio).
All in all, if you are here to enjoy the sun, the ocean, the sunrises, the food, the music, the island vibrance (la Isla Bonita), you came to the right place. We hope to host you and meet all your expectations.
If you are starting your journey in Belize City, San Pedro is just a short plane ride (15 minutes) or a more economical boat ride (1.5 hours) away. Both options are very comfortable and safe, and we will gladly provide you further instructions and assistance, should you require them. Once you reach the island, you can literally walk to the villa or take a short (5 minute) cab ride to us. The locals are sweet, friendly, and English-speaking, and they are here to make your holiday amazing. Belize uses its own currency which is tied to USD (1 USD = 2 BZD. US$1-20 bills are accepted throughout Belize, provided they are in good condition.

Sunrise Villa - Close To Town With Pool!

We had really great time in this apartment. The morning view is amazing! It is right on the beach. It is so close to everything: stores, restaurants, banks. The rooms are big and beds very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need for meal preparation. My group is planning to come back.

Great location if you want to be near all of the bars and restaurants. There is a bar next door that does play music until 12am but we were so tired that we would sleep right through it. The villa had all of the amenities that we needed and was very spacious. We loved the view. This is our second time staying on this property. We would stay here again. Enjoy!

everything was great and what we expected, except the pool was smaller then we expected. but we had enough towels rooms were very clean bathrooms were very clean and in town and close to everything. I would definitely recommend. oh and the host was very helpful and responsive to all our needs. 💯💯💯

This home was the perfect place to celebrate my 40th with family. The place was spacious and the location is perfect as it is walking distance to many local eateries, bars, stores, etc. Every morning you wake up to the beautiful sunrise through the front two bedrooms and balcony. We cooked often and there were more than enough cookware, dishes and utensils for our group. One of the burners did not work, but it wasn’t a major issue. They provide plenty of towels (face, hands and bath towels along with beach towels). There is now a big screen tv in the living room which is nice when you’re hanging out inside the house. I met the owner of the property and she gifted me wine from Belize for my birthday and was very helpful in providing us information about the island. This is lovely home that I would definitely return to.
