It is located in the exclusive Tres Cocos neighborhood on Ambergris Caye, approximately 10 minutes from the town center. The home has a brand-new swimming pool and a beautifully built pier with a seating area and a palapa for great relaxation right on the ocean.

There is a door&nbsp;in between the units that can be left open or locked. The 2nd-floor&nbsp;home is occasionally occupied, but if not, guests are welcome to use the 2nd-floor and 3rd-floor verandas which offer spectacular views of the ocean and sunset views.&nbsp;The pool will be exclusive to&nbsp;you when booking this listing.&nbsp;
There are split AC units to keep the home nice and cool.&nbsp;&nbsp;The home is beachfront with a fully fenced yard, a swimming pool, and a grill. The space between the fenced-in yard and pier offers lots of beach sand for barefoot enjoyment, and the pier provides a great spot for relaxation and ocean views.&nbsp;

We can assist you with your domestic (Belize) travel and tours/excursions. We can assist in booking your flight from BZE to San Pedro. Golf carts are the main mode of transportation on Ambergris Caye/San Pedro and are perfect for exploring the island. We can make a golf cart reservation for you so your cart is waiting for you upon arrival.
Activities on Ambergris Caye/San Pedro are definitely water-related as Belize has the second-largest barrier reef in the world. There are snorkeling and scuba diving trips just a short boat ride from shore. Flats fly fishing, reef fishing, or deep-sea fishing can be booked for half or full-day trips. There are 2 kayaks at the house, and you can rent jet skis, kite boards, windsurfers, and bicycles by the hour. You can go parasailing or even book a helicopter tour. If you want to spend a relaxing day on the water aboard a catamaran or sailboat, we are happy to coordinate. There's even a casino on the island if you're feeling lucky! We can also schedule on-site services such as massage and a private chef.
If you want a different type of adventure, you may want to visit the mainland and be welcomed by the jungle! We can help coordinate transportation to the mainland from Ambergris Caye/San Pedro and a whole list of activities - Belize Zoo, ancient Mayan sites, cave tubing, zip lining, baboon sanctuary, hiking, rappelling, waterfalls, horseback riding, pontoon boating, butterfly farm, botanical garden.

Sandcastle Oceanfront with pool and stunning ocean views

Everything about the SandCastle house is amazing! 
The house is stunning and the outside areas are meticulously kept. We enjoyed breakfast and coffee on the patio each morning, pool time during the day, and massages on the dock at sunset! Just ask Jessi -he will set up the massages for you. Almost every morning Odie or Victor would bike by the patio and offer us breakfast burritos or their amazing tamales. We opted to cook breakfast ourselves, most mornings. The kitchens were well equipped with everything we could’ve possibly needed. (Especially loved having the water coolers!)The beds were comfy, extra blankets were provided, and we had plenty of beach towels.It was definitely a bonus to have a washer dryer in each unit. The bedrooms did not have TVs, but the couches were so comfy-we didn’t even mind.The house is gated so we felt super safe the entire time we were there. The owners weren’t home so we had the entire property to ourselves.We rented a golf cart and felt like we were a good equal distance to the fun spots both north and south of the island! Secret Beach was about a 30 minute golf cart ride and the downtown area was about a 15 minute ride.Can’t say enough good things about Jessi and Carlijn -Thanks for making our stay effortless and being available for all of our questions.

Everything about the SandCastle house is amazing!

We enjoyed our visit at the Sandcastle House very much. We had everything we needed there and it was convenient to activities that we did while on the island. Check-in was easy and hassle-free. Management communicated well.

We Enjoyed Our Stay

We stayed at Sandcastle House for 4 nights in January, and it was lovely! Being that close to the beach was amazing, and we loved sitting on the deck at night to stargaze. We walked about 3 miles on the beach every morning - a beautiful way to start the day. Having a glass of wine poolside in the evening was very relaxing! We explored all over San Pedro and enjoyed all their recommendations for restaurants and snorkeling/diving excursions.







The bed was comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, and the hosts provided everything we needed for a perfect beach getaway. We especially appreciated the coffee and sweetener they provided. 


There were other renters in the unit next to us, and we occasionally heard them, but it wasn’t bothersome. These two units would be perfect for a family beach vacation.


We highly recommend Sandcastle House and will definitely be back.

The accommodations were exactly as described and just what was needed for parents and 2 adult children looking for time together, as well as privacy when needed.  The home is newly renovated, very clean and is situated with great access to the ocean via a newly built pier.  Ocean activities were all facilitated by pickup at the pier.  A very scenic walking path along the beach crosses in front of villas and other accommodations.   Restaurants are within easy reach north and south of the home by walking or by ubiquitous golf cart.  The homeowners happened to be there during our stay, and contributed greatly to the enjoyment of our visit.  They provided terrific recommendations for activities, meals and shopping, and have become our friends.  We are unhesitating in our recommendation of this location!

The Sandcastle House welcomed us with clean modern luxury as a newly built private getaway.
There
 are two complete apartments each with a full kitchen, master bedroom, 
bathroom, laundry room, living and dining area. Tall ceilings and large 
windows provide amazing natural light and views. King size beds and 
supremely comfortable couches will help you rest for tomorrow’s 
adventure.  
With
 so many venues close by, you can easily plan your days or simply relax 
by the private pool, lounging on the private deck overlooking the 
water.  The locals are kind and welcoming and there are plenty of places
 to get a variety of food types.
There is tropical wildlife abound, especially if you explore Belize’s pristine waters.
Where
 else can you watch the dolphins swim during sunrise from your private 
dock, then wrap the evening enjoying the sunset on your private veranda!
