The villa has 5 bedrooms including 2 master suites (3 king size beds and 2 queen size beds), 5 bathrooms and 2 fully equipped kitchens. Each floor is independent. Ideal for a group of friends or family (up to 14 guests). Villa Prince is located in a private and secure residence with many green spaces and leisure activities such as a gym and a common pool. You can have your breakfast on your pool terrace, surrounded by lush nature or enjoy your favorite cocktail at sunset in the rooftop jacuzzi with a breathtaking 360° view over the jungle. The rooms The Prince villa has 5 rooms perfectly distributed: <ul><li>Room 1 "WATER" on the first floor: king size bed, located with exit on the pool of the villa</li><li>Room 2 "FIRE" on the 1st floor: King size bed with a view on the pool</li><li>Room 3 " AIR " on the 1st floor : Queen size bed with view on the jungle </li><li>Room 4 "EARTH" on the 1st floor: Master suite with queen size bed, terrace and private bathroom.</li><li>Room 5 "SKY" on the 2nd floor: Master suite with queen size bed, terrace and private bathroom. The room integrates a large loft completely opened with an independent kitchen, its living room, its dining room, its terrace, and its direct access to the Rooftop.</li></ul> * All rooms are equipped with wardrobes, fans, air conditioners and screens. Features and amenities <ul><li>5 fully equipped bathrooms are distributed over the 3 levels of the house</li><li>2 living rooms: one on the first floor where 2 people can sleep, with direct access to the garden and the pool; the other in the loft on the 2nd floor with a sofa/double bed</li><li>2 dining rooms and two fully equipped kitchens, one on the first floor and the other in the loft</li><li>The entire villa is equipped with air conditioning, fans and mosquito nets</li><li>The televisions on all 3 floors have access to Netflix.</li></ul> The furniture in the villa was created by local artists and craftsmen. 80% of the wood used comes from a tree that fell over 100 years ago in what is now our garden and pool. Exterior - Features: <ul><li>Garden and private pool: located on the first floor with a wooden deck, lounge chairs, dining area and outdoor shower.</li><li>Rooftop: On the third floor, with pergola, summer kitchen (barbecue and sink), dining area, living room with Jacuzzi/spa for 6 people, wc and outdoor shower.</li></ul> Staff and services: Erika, our super-host, will make your stay more enjoyable as she will be attentive to your needs and give you the best tips for visiting the area. If your idea is to organize a Mayan ceremony, Erika will be able to provide you with different quotes. For your convenience and comfort, we have a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and iron. 2 parking spaces are available in front of the villa.
