INDEPENDENT GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT - 50 sq m
 Here, the world is quieter.
An oasis of PRIVACY, RELAXATION, and NATURE, where days pass slowly amidst silence, light, and the scent of the earth.
Here you can breathe better, you can come back to yourself: read, meditate, walk slowly, then a dip in the POOL.
When you want real SEA, go out into nature: an “adventure” walk and you find yourself on a wide, secluded BEACH, between sand and pebbles, with crystal-clear waters.

 🎯 WHO IT'S PERFECT FOR:
 • FAMILIES who want space, nature and slow days between the sea and the pool, away from the chaos. • COUPLES seeking privacy, silence and an intimate retreat where they can breathe and slow down. • GROUPS AND FRIENDS (up to 15 beds in total in the entire facility) who wish to stay together, while maintaining independence and tranquility. • THOSE TRAVELING WITH ANIMALS: they are welcome, with the request that they be kept indoors (not in the courtyard) out of respect for the common areas.

✨ THE ESSENCE OF THE PLACE
This apartment nestles within the unique atmosphere of the three Monterotondo Holiday Homes, nestled in the quiet countryside of Sciacca. Here, vacations take on a different pace: less noise, more space, more air. It's a place that doesn't ask you to "do," but to "be." To slow down, breathe, and let go. All around you are greenery, light, and that peace you immediately sense as soon as you arrive. Privacy is natural, effortless: you're far from the chaos and close to yourself. The days pass unhurriedly: an outdoor breakfast, a walk in nature, a book truly read, a pause that becomes meditation. This is the most intimate Sicily, the one that restores your balance. And then there's the setting: between the sea view and the olive trees, the horizon accompanies every moment, from the first coffee until sunset. Fresh air, open spaces, true silence—the kind that makes you feel lighthearted.
🏖️ “ALMOST PRIVATE” BEACH
When you want real sea, there's a little ritual that makes everything more special. You descend along a dirt road, about 20 minutes downhill, immersed in the countryside: a simple route, with a hint of adventure that prepares you for the reward. Below, a wide, secluded beach awaits you, with sand and pebbles, and crystal-clear blue waters. It's a difficult-to-reach spot, almost "protected," and thus remains authentic, spacious, and quiet. After the initial entrance through sand and pebbles, the seabed becomes sandy, ideal for swimming and enjoying the water at your leisure. The walk is surrounded by nature, often with cows grazing in the nearby fields, and the horizon always in sight. A rarity: this stretch of coast is accessible only via this access on foot, and for many, reaching it is difficult (if not impossible).
 💦 SWIMMING POOL (above ground)
Upon returning, the house welcomes you in the best possible way: a dip, a few minutes in the sun, and time slows down again. It's the perfect alternative when you want to cool off without moving, or extend your relaxation until sunset. Important note: The pool will be open and available from June to September/October. 🚗 SECURED INTERNAL PARKING
Private internal parking, with reserved access via an automatic gate: convenient, safe, and worry-free throughout your stay. 🥬 0 KM ORGANIC GARDEN
The most authentic side of this place: we pick seasonal fruits and vegetables from our organic garden for you to enjoy here, fresh, like a daily gift from Sicily. Authentic flavors and colors, hard to find elsewhere. 🏠 ACCOMMODATION LAYOUT
