DETACHED HOUSE ON THE 1ST FLOOR - 104 sq m

A place where the charm of the past meets contemporary COMFORT: the accommodation is located inside an ANCIENT GRANARY in Sciacca, a HISTORIC CAVE finely restored and transformed into a welcoming home for travelers seeking AUTHENTICITY.
You'll wake up to the sunlight dancing on the SEA, just minutes from the heart of the city and its attractions.
An ideal nest for those seeking RELAXATION, atmosphere and a perfect location to experience Sciacca as a protagonist.

🎯 WHO IT'S PERFECT FOR:
 • COUPLES looking for a charming, romantic and unusual nest, between the sea and the historic center. • CURIOUS TRAVELERS who want to sleep in a place with a true history and a Sicilian soul. • FOR THOSE WHO LIKE TO GET AROUND ON FOOT: the port, walks and the heart of the city are all within easy reach in a day. • FOR THOSE LOOKING FOR RELAXATION after the beach or a day out and about: come back, slow down and enjoy the silence.

✨ THE ESSENCE OF THE PLACE
Here, you experience the Marina every day, not just see it: in the morning, the air smells of salt and coffee, the boats slowly return, and the harbor fills with voices, the rustling of ropes, and seagulls in flight. Just a few steps away, you can feel the authentic rhythm of fishing, between the market and fresh fish, and lose yourself among the colorful houses, wrought-iron balconies, and alleys that wind their way up to the center. In the evening, choose one of the area's best restaurants and let Sciacca do the rest.
Then you return to your refuge inside the stone: a home created from an ANCIENT BARN, where the memory of the place meets clean lines and attentive details. Inside, you'll find silence and natural freshness; outside, the port, the bustle of life, and the beauty of Sciacca are just steps away. The kind of place you "discovered by chance" that you never want to leave.

 • Mosquitoes in the warm seasons 🦟 As in many seaside areas in Sicily, mosquitoes may be present during the summer months, especially in the evening. We recommend keeping mosquito nets closed and, if desired, using personal repellent.
• “Marina” neighborhood at the Port ⚓️ The house is located in a very lively area, animated by the daily life of the port: boats, fishermen and workers who make the atmosphere authentic and “real”. The port is not suitable for swimming, but it is perfect for walks along the pier and experiencing the Marina up close.

🚌 The local bus is present but with limited runs and specific routes. 🚕 Private taxis available (❌ Uber and similar services not available).

📜 HOUSE RULES TO KNOW AND ACCEPT BEFORE YOUR STAY:
📝 CONTRACT + 🆔 IDENTIFICATION (MANDATORY): After booking you will receive: • the Tourist Rental Agreement to be signed digitally — we use the written form as required for rental agreements (L. 431/1998, art. 1 c.4 + DL 50/2017). • the Link for Document Registration (ID), necessary for communication to the PS authorities (art. 109 TULPS / Alloggiati Web). 🚭 SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited inside the house (including e-cigarettes). Smoke detectors will sound the alarm. ✅ Smoking is permitted on the outdoor balcony. 🩴 CLEANING YOUR FEET WHEN YOU RETURN FROM THE BEACH: Upon returning from the beach, it is mandatory to thoroughly clean your feet before entering the house and going up the stairs. Sand on stairs can cause slips and compromise your safety. 🗑️ WASTE MANAGEMENT (MANDATORY): Separate waste collection is mandatory and must be followed according to the municipal calendar. You'll find everything in the house manual, and we'll explain it to you at check-in. 🚫 Never leave waste inside the house, for any reason (even for a few hours), to avoid odors and inconveniences. 🕗 Every evening it is necessary to take the bins with the bags inside out the main door. 📅 Follow the calendar: it will help you dispose of waste correctly, day by day. 💧 WATER CONSUMPTION (CONSCIOUS USE): We ask you to use water responsibly, avoiding waste and unnecessary consumption. In Sicily, water is a precious resource, especially in the summer months: small changes make a big difference. 🔑⚡ ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: The apartment's electrical system is controlled by a small key connected to the house keys. When you leave, this key must be removed, thus turning off the electricity throughout the apartment, except for the refrigerator and kitchen appliances. This system is designed to ensure safety and energy sustainability.

CIN: IT084041C2X6CHF9LQ
✅ Safety and regulatory compliance: The property complies with the legal provisions applicable to tourist/short-term rentals. The required safety devices (including fire extinguishers and combustible gas and carbon monoxide detection devices) are present, regularly maintained and inspected, as required by art. 13-ter, paragraph 7, of Legislative Decree 145/2023 (converted with amendments by Law 191/2023).
