 All unlocked areas of the accommodation are available for use. Access is fully automated via our smart key boxes. Further details can be found in the guestbook you have already received. Additionally, you will need to fill out a form before check-in. This ensures we comply with our legal obligations.
 Further important information:
 Your apartment is located at Pferdemarkt 7, directly to the right of Pizzeria Rustica in the pedestrian zone (blue door and garage door). Important: There are some stairs in the building, some of which are quite narrow. The garage is also only suitable for smaller cars.
To sustainably protect our dear neighbors and our beautiful apartment, a sensor for noise, humidity and smoke detection has been installed in the apartment.
 For warm days, an air cooler fan with water cooling and humidification is available — for a noticeably fresh, pleasant airflow.
 Pets are very welcome! 🐾 We charge a fee of €10 per pet per night for the additional cleaning and care required. This will be added during the booking process.
 For bookings of 9 nights or more, a paid mid-stay cleaning is mandatory; for longer stays, the number of cleanings increases accordingly. These cleanings will be billed via the check-in portal and scheduled with you.

Saarburg | At the Waterfall · Historic Town Hall 1732

Wir waren über das Wochenende mit einer großen Gruppe dort und hätten keine bessere Unterkunft haben können! Das Haus ist absolut schön, ruhig und perfekt gelegen, wenn du Saarburg und seine Umgebung erkunden möchtest. Es war mit tollen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, wie z. B. Brettspielen, einem Gasgrill und einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Sehr empfehlenswert und wir werden bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Saarburg auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Ausgezeichnet schön

Die Lage dieses Hauses ist TOP. Der Ort Saarburg schön und gut geeignet für Tagesausflüge. Trier, Luxemburg, Mettlach , Völklinger Hütte.Die beschriebene Dachterrasse ist vorhanden. Der Ausblick auf einen Weinberg schön. Der Anblick der Nachbarhäuser vom Blick unserer Terrasse aber nicht.

Sehr gute Ausstattung des Hauses. Gute Gastronomie im direkten Umfeld. Für einen Kurztrip sehr gut.

Bequeme Betten Wunderschöne Dekoration In der Küche ist von A bis Z alles vorhanden, was man braucht.

Sehr schönes Haus, viel Platz und liebevoll eingerichtet! Tolle Küche, Fitnessgeräte, Bücher, Spiele, Nintendo Switch... Hier wird an den Kunden gedacht. Links und rechts von der Eingangstür sind direkt zwei Restaurants. Noch nie so einen kurzen Heimweg nach dem Essen gehabt. Generell eine sehr beeindruckende Lage. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt zum Besitzer gehabt. Alles bestens!Das Haus ist mitten in der Altstadt, weswegen die Anfahrt etwas "spannend" ist und die Die Garage ist etwas beengt. Beides gehört nun jedoch zum Vorteil, direkt in der Altstadt zu sein.
