What a wonderful stay we had at Blackbird Manor! Easily walkable to the 12 South area (which we did daily), the house has everything you’d want for a great stay in Nashville! The house still maintains its original charm while also having all of the modern amenities one would hope for in a great stay. Veronica was a wonderful host the entire stay. We will definitely be back!

We'll definately be back

Exceptional stay in the heart of 12 South! We absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much thought and care went into making guests feel welcome. The gift bag and bubbles waiting for us were such a wonderful surprise, and there were so many thoughtful details throughout the property.Veronica was exceptional: warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful. The location couldn’t have been better. We loved being in the 12 South area and being able to walk to great restaurants, shops, and so many fun things to do.The property itself was beautiful, comfortable, and truly felt special. We would absolutely stay here again and can’t recommend it highly enough!

VRBO Guest

We stayed here for a wedding weekend in Nashville and it was the perfect location! We were walking distance from coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. And a short uber to all our wedding events.
The host was great and the house was clean, homey and had everything we could’ve needed for a weekend away. Highly recommend!

Great Stay!!

Veronica might be the best host we have ever had! We stayed here while we were moving homes and she was so accommodating and helpful. Very responsive and wonderful to work with. The home was beautiful, clean, and has so much character and charm. Easily walkable to so much that 12 South has to offer! Truly a 5 star gem!
