The Villas A-9 - Premium 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Oceanfront Condo

The view is beautiful! The condo is spacious. There were 6 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas, a couple of inflatables provided and beach towels and toys. There are smart tvs , so you can watch your favorite shows. The beach in front of the condo was not crowded and we always found a spot with direct view of the water. It is a nice family friendly area away from the crowds of south Clearwater beach. The weather at end of June was hot but pleasant by the water with breezes blowing. We loved Alba pizza and Marina cantina (tasty cocktails )After swimming we headed to either frenchys or Crabby’s for lunch since they were right on the beach and you could go in your swimwear and sit in the patio or sand. The shrimp in coconut cream sauce at frenchys and chargrilled oysters at crabbys was yummy. The grouper sandwich at frenchys was also good. In the evening we walked along the beach to the pier. Sunsets were lovely, better than any I saw in Florida west coast. We stayed 5 nights and wish we could stay longer!

Great location close to downtown which was great for my family, including two 16 year old daughters. House had everything you need (including chairs, umbrellas, cooler and towels) and is very nicely maintained. The management company was fantastic at communication as well!

2nd year in a row at this condo. Relaxing and enjoyable. 

Awesome condo and facility!

We spent the last week of April at the A-9 Villa.  The condo was clean, updated and decorated nicely.  Perfect view of ocean and perfect location away from the crowds, but accessible to many restaurants.  We will be back!

Great spot to vacation

We have been vacationing at B&W managed properties for over 20 years. The Villas A-9 unit was recently updated and looks fantastic.  The building that A-9 is located in is updated and well maintained.  We love the location right on the beach.  Enjoy walking the beach every morning.  Tremendous restaurant options within walking distance of the condo.  The sunsets viewed from the condo are extraordinary.  Frankly, a million dollar view.  We look forward to our next visit.
