Boatman's Steps - Holiday Cottage in Cornwall

It's a very beautiful place. The house is warm and tastefully decorated. The view from the house and from the terrace is priceless. For us, it was the perfect place to disconnect. It's wonderful to be able to step into the sea almost from the house.Everything you need is here. You can do the shoppingIn the shop nearby. The ferry to Fowey is a very short distance away.Excellent Wi-Fi.Very good beds.If it weren't so far from home, we'd come again and again. For those who are a little less mobile: the slopes in Polruan are quite steep, and the house does have quite a few steps.

The perfect place to disconnect.

Our week in Polruan was great. The property is fantastic. It's especially nice that you can use the terrace when the weather is good and, when the weather is gloomy, you can enjoy the great view from the living room and bedroom just the same. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, we enjoyed using the fireplace in the living room on chilly evenings, and the Lugger Inn is great for a pint and very good pub food. Boatsman's Steps is highly recommended!

Boatsman's Steps is highly recommended!

Absolute magic! From the cosy & considered interiors, to the comfy beds, incredible views & many thoughtful touches, Boat man’s steps is one the best holiday rentals we’ve been to.

It is perfectly located in Polruan, with direct access to the sea for morning swims & a few steps from the (very well stocked) local shop & pubs. As well as easy access to Fowey via the passenger Ferry.

There are numerous beautiful walks, cycle routes & beaches locally. So much so that we didn’t get into the car all week.

Olly gave us excellent recommendations for all things local.

We will definitely be making this an annual trip!

Magic!

Lovely place to stay. All mod cons. Two pubs in a minutes walk.Lovely quiet location with beautiful views. A very relaxing.

Lovely quiet location with beautiful views

Just had a wonderful week in Polruan at Boatman's Steps. My little grandaughter and daughter didn't want to leave! The view from the property was indeed, enchanting and the property everything we hoped for.

A wonderful week in Polruan
