Renovated 2-Bedroom Apartment in Roslindale Village, Boston | 560 Sq Ft | Sleeps 4 | In-Unit Laundry | Fast Wi-Fi

A newly renovated lower-level apartment in a well-maintained multifamily home in Roslindale Village (02131). Two real bedrooms, a full kitchen and in-unit laundry, at a price that undercuts a Boston hotel room.

The space: two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plus a separate living room and dining room. One full bathroom. Sleeps 4. Well suited to two couples, a small family, or colleagues who each want a door that closes.

Set up for longer stays: a kitchen with full-size refrigerator, induction cooktop and microwave, stocked with cookware, dinnerware, coffee and pantry basics. In-unit washer and dryer, free to use. Central heating and air conditioning. High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated desk with soft lighting. Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video and Disney+.

Families: toys and books for children, a booster seat, and a pack and play (please bring your own linens).

The neighborhood: walk to Roslindale Village for bakeries, cafes, restaurants and boutiques. Adams Park hosts a seasonal farmers market and two playgrounds sit within a block. The Arnold Arboretum is an eight-minute walk, and Village Market and CVS are a short walk away.

Getting around: buses 36, 37 and 51 connect to Forest Hills Station on the Orange Line. Roughly 20 minutes by car to Harvard, Cambridge and the North End, and 20 to 25 minutes to MIT, downtown Boston, Brookline and TD Garden.

Good for: couples, small families, business travelers, and anyone who needs a clean, well-equipped base in Boston for a week or a month.
