✔️What we provide: Each home comes supplied with all bed/bath linens, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish pod, 1 trash bag per trash can in bathroom and kitchen.
✔️Things to bring: beach towels, beach items (chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys), laundry detergent, extra toilet paper and paper towels, shampoo and body wash, extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent pods. You might also want to bring extra blankets during the cooler months as we do not provide them.
✔️CANCELLATION POLICY: Please observe the cancellation policy applicable to this listing on the booking platform utilized for your reservation at the time of your booking.
✔️PET POLICY: This home is pet-friendly for up to 30lb in size, but all pets must be approved and are subject to a pet fee of $150 per pet. Please request approval before booking
✔️Weddings and/or receptions are not permitted within this home or on premises. If this policy is violated, you will be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to fines.
This is a non-smoking property. Your reservation comes with $650 of property protection insurance to cover any incidentals that may occur during your stay. We respect your privacy as our tenants, however, will be ready to assist with any needs, questions, or recommendations on dining, activities, etc.

2 Homes in One | Putting Green | Pool | Golf Cart

My family, my sister's family, and our parents stayed at Diamonds in the Sand the first week of May (kids ranging from 8-19). The houses are immaculate. We stay in a lot of vacation rentals, and these are probably the cleanest ones we have rented. We had everything we needed. The beach is a quick walk or golf cart ride away. The golf cart is definitely a fun addition to the stay. We spent a lot of time in the huge pool. It's very big and has the perfect depths. Our 1 issue was in regards to landscaping work the neighbor was having done. This was in no control of Diamonds in the Sand. However, Aubrey called and apologized for the noise and dust even though he couldn't do anything about it. I thought that showed the owners really care about their guests. I also accidentally had Amazon deliver a package to the house after we left, and Aubrey is mailing it to me. They take pride in their rentals and making their guests happy. I hope we're able to stay here or in another of the Hooper's rentals soon.
