The Lakefront Cabin on Balch Lake

We had a wonderful time at The Lake Front Cabin at Balch Lake. The stillness of the setting is wonderful in a recently renovated interior. The lake is beautiful with an abundance of Wildlife. The erie call of the loon reminded us that we were not alone. There our two small dogs enjoyed their time there as well. We especially appreciated the attention to detail such as a motion active night light when you came through the door , and a thoroughly stocked kitchen with plates, cups, glasses and a wine bottle opener and utensils. The bed was very comfortable. The managers were very accommodating and even had a neighbor come over to give us a lighter to put light up our campfire one evening. We would recommend staying there to anybody looking to get away from it all.

Wonderful Time!
