 Villa Marisa offers the possibility of an ideal holiday for a family or a small group of friends. The house can comfortably accommodate 6 adults, but also has an extra room in the attic with 2 more beds.
 The villa is equipped with all modern comforts, all rooms are air conditioned and comfortable.
 On the ground floor there is the living room with sitting area, two double bedrooms and a bedroom with 2 single beds, two complete bathrooms with shower and a separate kitchen.On the first floor there is a small attic, equipped with windows and air conditioning, where there are two further beds, suitable for children considering the height of the roof.
 The villa lends itself very well to being lived outside, given the presence of the large garden, the beautiful irregularly shaped swimming pool, the 2 large dining tables, one of which is in masonry placed under a large pergola, the wood-burning oven and barbecue, but above all for the beautiful view enjoyed by the house. Villa Marisa offers the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Calabria. The renowned Santa Maria beach is about 900 m away.

Wir waren 10 Tage in der Villa. Das beste war natürlich der Pool. Und der große Tisch unter der Pergola. Durch den natürlichen Schatten war es hier immer angenehm. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Pfannen, Töpfe etc alles vorhanden. Wir bekamen 1x frische Handtücher etc, muss man allerdings dazu buchen. Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer. 
Das Interieur wirkt etwas abgewohnt, hat uns aber nicht gestört. 
Das allerbeste aber war Corrado unser Ansprechpartner. Wir hatten einen medizinischen Notfall und Corrado war zur Stelle und hat uns Medikamente etc besorgt. Für diese Unterstützung in diesem Moment waren wir sehr dankbar.🙏🏼 Auch sonst war er immer hilfsbereit, wenn etwas fehlte. Er hat immer ein offenes Ohr für seine Gäste. Für die Gegend empfehlen wir ein Auto zu mieten. Die Straßen führen entweder bergauf oder bergab. In der Nähe liegt das Restaurant Agriturismo Seaview, 8 Min. zu Fuß, Pizza sehr gut. Einkaufen waren wir im Coop in San Nicolo, gut sortiert, sauber, 7 Min. mit dem Auto.

Highly recommend. The first thing you notice is the photo's do not do justice to the view from the garden - it is spectacular. The house itself is a little dated, the electric gate no longer works but it was absolutely spotless and the outside areas more than compensate. The road alongside the property is no longer used by traffic which adds a wonderful level of privacy over what we were expecting. Corrado, our host, was brilliant and went above and beyond to help us settle in. There is a great little restaurant within 10mins walk and plenty of others within a 5min drive. Tropea is only 15mins away and is a beautiful old city with lots of bars and restaurants. Calabria was a wonderful surprise and we shall definitely return.

Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Als der Toaster nicht funktionierte, brachte Corrado sofort einen neuen und ein feines Brot. Die Lage und Aussicht sind top, der Pool sehr groß, das Haus nicht mehr das neueste, aber super unterhalten. Der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein und hat unzählige Möglichkeiten sich niederzulassen. Guter Ausgangspunkt um Kalabrien zu erkunden, Restaurants in der Nähe, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man sieht auf die Liparischen Inseln und Sizilien. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, herzlichen Dank für alles.

Io e i miei amici abbiamo passato una settimana e siamo rimasti molto colpiti dall’ottima vista e dalla presenza in caso di bisogno da parte dell’host.
