Detached villa with private pool and wonderful sea view a few steps from the beach and Tropea.
Villa Marisa offers the possibility of an ideal holiday for a family or a small group of friends. The house can comfortably accommodate 6 adults, but also has an extra room in the attic with 2 more beds.
The villa is equipped with all modern comforts, all rooms are air conditioned and comfortable.
On the ground floor there is the living room with sitting area, two double bedrooms and a bedroom with 2 single beds, two complete bathrooms with shower and a separate kitchen. On the first floor there is a small attic, equipped with windows and air conditioning, where there are two further beds, suitable for children considering the height of the roof.
The villa lends itself very well to being lived outside, given the presence of the large garden, the beautiful irregularly shaped swimming pool, the 2 large dining tables, one of which is in masonry placed under a large pergola, the wood-burning oven and barbecue, but above all for the beautiful view enjoyed by the house. Villa Marisa offers the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Calabria. The renowned Santa Maria beach is about 900 m away.
This magnificent villa with swimming pool is located on the hill overlooking the entire bay of Santa Maria and Capo Vaticano.

Posto incantevole e ben tenuto, facile da raggiungere.

Villa Marisa

Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer.

Highly recommend. The first thing you notice is the photo's do not do justice to the view from the garden - it is spectacular. The house itself is a little dated, the electric gate no longer works but it was absolutely spotless and the outside areas more than compensate. The road alongside the property is no longer used by traffic which adds a wonderful level of privacy over what we were expecting. Corrado, our host, was brilliant and went above and beyond to help us settle in. There is a great little restaurant within 10mins walk and plenty of others within a 5min drive. Tropea is only 15mins away and is a beautiful old city with lots of bars and restaurants. Calabria was a wonderful surprise and we shall definitely return.
