This 6-bedroom property features 4 queen bedrooms and 2 additional bedrooms, each equipped with a twin bed and a trundle, making it ideal for families, friends, or group gatherings. With 3 full bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for everyone to refresh and unwind.
The kitchenette provides all the essentials for preparing meals, while the large bar and seating area serve as a central gathering spot for dining, socializing, or simply relaxing after a day by the lake. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, the Hen House offers the perfect combination of convenience, space, and rustic charm for your group’s next adventure.
 
Rental Agreement for Cabin Rentals
Cancellation Policy:
The Host’s cancellation policy is as follows:
<ul><li>No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Guests are encouraged to confirm their plans before booking.</li></ul>
Check-In and Check-Out:
<ul><li>Check-in time is after 2:00 PM.</li><li>Check-out time is before 10:00 AM.</li><li>Early
 check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to
 availability. Guests must receive written approval from the Host for 
any adjustments to these times.</li></ul>
Maximum Occupancy:
<ul><li>The maximum number of guests allowed to stay in the property is 12 persons, as stated in the booking confirmation.</li><li>Additional
 guests are not permitted without prior approval from the Host and may 
result in additional charges or immediate termination of the rental 
agreement.</li></ul>
House Rules:
Guests must comply with all house rules, including but not limited to:
<ul><li>No smoking inside the property.</li><li>No parties or events without prior approval from the Host.</li><li>No loud music or noise after 10:30 PM.</li><li>Be respectful of weddings and events taking place on the property.</li><li>Do not remove any furnishings or items from the cabin in which you are renting.</li></ul>
Maintenance and Damage:
<ul><li>Guests must report any damage or maintenance issues to the Host immediately.</li><li>Guests
 are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents 
during their stay. Charges for damages will be billed directly to the 
Guest.</li></ul>
Liability:
<ul><li>The Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the property or its facilities.</li><li>The
 Host is not liable for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of 
the Guest. Guests are advised to secure their belongings appropriately.</li></ul>
Pets:
<ul><li>Pets are not allowed on the property. Violations may result in additional cleaning fees.</li></ul>
Acknowledgment:
By confirming the booking, the Guest acknowledges that they have read, 
understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Rental Agreement.
