 Welcome to our apartment in the Plaza Mayor of Xerta, a charming accommodation that combines the character of a traditional Catalan house over 200 years old with the comfort and aesthetics of a warm, modern home. Located on the second floor, this carefully renovated apartment is perfect for families, couples, or small groups looking to unwind in a natural and authentic setting.
 The apartment has been recently renovated, preserving the building's original structure but providing a modern and functional decor, with parquet floors and wooden furniture that bring warmth to every room. All rooms enjoy natural light thanks to their large windows overlooking a quiet street in the town center, ensuring rest and peace throughout your stay.
 It has three rooms and a maximum capacity of five people:

 A double room with two single beds that can be joined to form a spacious double bed. This room is especially designed for little ones, as it features PlayMobil toys, children's books, and board games.

 A second bedroom with a double bed , ideal for relaxing as a couple.

 If you're traveling with a baby, we can provide a crib, a foldable baby bath, and other baby items upon request. As we live on the ground floor of the same building, we're available to provide any additional supplies you might need during your stay.
 The apartment's main living space is a spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated living-dining room with an open kitchen. It's a comfortable and welcoming space for sharing meals, relaxing, or planning your trips around the area. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kitchenware, and everything you need for short or long stays. In the living room, you'll find a Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and ceiling fans in all rooms , ensuring comfort even on the hottest days.
 The full bathroom has a shower, towels, a hairdryer and straightener, and basic toiletries, all designed so you don't have to worry about anything other than enjoying yourself.
 We are located in the heart of Xerta , in the same square where the pharmacy, several bars with terraces and the church are located. Just steps away are a supermarket, a grocery store, and a bakery-café serving fresh bread, pastries, and traditional sweets every morning. There is also free parking nearby, with easy access, and a medical center.
 During the summer months, the town has municipal swimming pools with a grassy area and a bar-restaurant, perfect for spending the day with the family. Xerta is also home to one of the most beautiful and accessible sections of the Val de Zafán Greenway , ideal for exploring by bike or on foot. In the surrounding area, you can also enjoy the Ebro River, outdoor activities, horseback riding, and the rich local cuisine—including Villa Retiro, a Michelin-starred restaurant in the town.
 If you enjoy sports, Xerta is also a perfect place for running, trail running, road cycling, or mountain biking , with numerous marked routes and leisurely trails, both flat and hilly, surrounded by spectacular natural landscapes. The combination of river, mountains, and plains makes it an ideal setting for training or simply enjoying outdoor physical activity.
The apartment's location is ideal for exploring the Terres de l'Ebre , the Ebro Delta Natural Park , the Ports de Tortosa-Beseit Natural Park, or the Terra Alta wine-growing region. All within a 30-minute drive. Tortosa is just 12 km away and offers more cultural, shopping, and dining options.

Cozy apartment in the heart of Xerta

La verdad es que hemos estado super cómodos. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y muy ordenado todo. Arcadi cuida mucho los detalles, y está siempre atento para lo que necesites. Al apartamento no le falta de nada, y tiene todas las comodidades posibles. Un 10. Repetiremos.

This apartment was impeccable, comfortable, tastefully decorated and thoughtfully equipped. Arcadi really tried to think of everything you could possibly need to make your stay exceptional and he succeeded. It is located on a private second floor of a family home without a lift. There is plenty of parking close by. There are also two supermarkets and a bakery in the village. If you come with children there are lots of toys, books etc to entertain them. I loved the small collection of thoughtful books available I was just sad I can only read English and not Spanish. I would happily stay in this apartment again if I return to the area as I felt right at home.

Este finde hemos estado en Xerta para hacer la baixada del Renaixement. Ha sido una salida estupenda en familia, y sobre hemos estado muy a gusto en Casa Queralt. Han sido unos huéspedes muy atentos, sobre todo los detalles que hay en todas las habitaciones nos ha encantado!!! Es un sitio acogedor que te hace sentir en 🏠🏠Volveremos 😃😃

Los anfitriones en todo momento han estado disponibles y aunque no hemos necesitado nada (el apartamento tiene absolutamente todo y más), siempre han sido pura amabilidad. El entorno es muy tranquilo. Tienes posibilidades de salir a caminar por lugares muy relajantes. Fácil aparcar cerca. El apartamento está en el centro del pueblo y aunque parece que el ruido ambiente molestará, desde el interior no se escucha nada. Delante hay dos bares donde puedes tapear. El apartamento está en la segunda planta de un edificio sin ascensor, decorado con buen gusto y detalles. (No es el típico que recoge los cuadros que nadie de la familia quiere). Hay juegos de mesa, información de la zona y muchos detalles. La limpieza impecable. Reformado hace poco, tiene un baño fantástico, las habitaciones son cómodas y amplias, y todas con ventilador de techo. La cocina equipada con todo lo necesario. Los anfitriones hacen las cosas con cariño por el huésped. Nos sentimos a gusto desde que llegamos.

Hem passat un fantàstic cap de setmana a Casa Queral! Ens hem sentit com a casa nostra. 🥰 No faltava cap detall i no podia estar més equipada amb tot: les habitacions, el mobiliari, els estris, els queviures, etc. A més a més, sense oblidar-se dels més petits amb un armari tot pensat per a ells/es. 🧸🧩 ☺️
