This darling 700 square foot casita has one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen with a separate living area with a pull out sofa (full size). It's one level for those who prefer no steps or stairs. This casita has all the authentic touches -- a kiva fireplace, and saltillo tile. But it has also been skillfully updated to provide you with all the modern conveniences, including cable TV, laundry facilities, a full kitchen, air conditioning and complimentary high speed internet access. The private enclosed patio and covered porch can be enjoyed all year round. With complimentary parking you can just park your car and walk to the plaza in minutes or to the brand new Railyard. You’re already living in Santa Fe style!

Casita B - 1 Bed, 1 Bath

This stay was everything exactly as promised. It's a 10 - 15 minute walk to the Plaza and is in a neighborhood surrounded with LOTS of good food and drink, much of it within walking distance.

The Casita was so very comfortable and had everything we needed. Some have remarked about how tiny it is, but for the cost it is, in the neighborhood it is, it was more than adequate for a couple and our two 60 lb dogs and a good deal.

The patio added to the experience and allowed us to leave the door open on the warm afternoons so we and the dogs could come and go in and out without worry.

Parking is tight but we had a larger model Nissan Frontier and it was plenty big enough, though I recommend slowly backing all the way in from Park Ave which always worked just fine.

No complaints! What a great spot!

The Perfect Historic District Stay

This was a very roomy, beautiful place with nice touches - really perfect for a couple. A lot of times when you go to an Airbnb or VRBO, the place (especially kitchen) is “stocked … but minimally stocked” and you have to run out and purchase a utensil or something needed. But not this place - they have everything you need. The one exception for us was a fan (we like it really cool), but a phone call to Mary Ann took care of that. We also enjoyed the outside patio table and listened to the birds for hours (we’re into birds). And the place is in a great location - walkable to just about everywhere you want to go and be in Santa Fe. A couple of things to be aware of: the bathroom in this casita is extremely small; barely enough room to stand at the sink with the toilet behind you and the tub/shower next to you. So if you’re the type of person who likes to spread out your things in a bathroom, you might consider one of the other casitas. Also, the bathroom door latch wasn’t working properly, so it was difficult to keep the door closed. But those are the only negatives I can think of. Mary Ann communicated with us clearly and promptly, and was available if/when needed. I felt comfortable here and safe. I’d highly recommend it.

Lovely place to stay in Santa Fe

Casita B is comfortable and functional. Easy walking distance to museums, shopping, and restaurants. The patio was great for our dog - she loved hanging out there. The bathroom is very small, so larger guests might feel cramped.

Cute place; great location

Casita stay was wonderful. Host is friendly and communicates all directions timely. Casita layout is great and comfortable. Small bathroom, clean and fluffy towels. Shower with great shower head and water pressure. Kitchen supplied everything we needed. Living room cozy with throws and pillows. One bedroom casita is ideal for couple. Enjoyed the patio and the central location.
