Blue Haven is a high-floor oceanfront 3-bedroom condo in Mar Vista Grande, designed for guests who want a clean, updated experience in one of North Myrtle Beach’s most sought-after buildings. With unobstructed Atlantic views, a bright open layout, and a well-maintained interior, this unit stands out from many others in the building.
Within Mar Vista Grande, units can vary significantly in condition, and guests consistently choose Blue Haven for its updated feel, higher-floor views, and reliable, well-maintained presentation.
Step onto your private balcony and take in uninterrupted Atlantic views from above the shoreline. Mornings start with coffee and dolphins in the distance, while evenings settle into a quieter oceanfront calm, removed from the noise of lower floors.
Inside, Blue Haven is designed to feel clean, open, and elevated, not cluttered or dated. The layout flows naturally from kitchen to dining to living space, making it ideal for families and groups who want to spend time together without feeling crowded.
The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and generous prep space, whether you're cooking a full meal or setting up drinks after the beach.
The primary suite is a true retreat, featuring a spa-style bathroom with a double granite vanity, oversized glass shower, and jetted soaking tub. After a day on the beach, unwind in a space that feels calm, private, and separate from the rest of the unit.
Every bedroom includes Smart TVs, and the living room features a large-screen setup for relaxing nights in. High-speed Wi-Fi supports streaming, remote work, or keeping everyone connected.
Mar Vista Grande offers a resort-style experience without the chaos of larger properties, including an oceanfront pool, lazy river, hot tubs, indoor pool and spa, kiddie pool, on-site tiki bar, fitness center, and full-service spa.
You’re just a short walk from Main Street in North Myrtle Beach, where you’ll find restaurants, beach bars, live music, and local shops. Park the car and enjoy the area on foot.
If you're returning to Mar Vista Grande, Blue Haven is the kind of unit you come back to year after year. Reserve your stay and experience Mar Vista Grande with confidence.

Blue Haven | Luxurious Oceanfront Condo at Mar Vista Grande

Blue Haven was the perfect condo for three ladies celebrating milestone birthdays and a friendship spanning many decades. Each of us had our own beautifully decorated private space (bedroom and bathroom) and a large living room and well stocked kitchen. Our favorite hangout spot, however, was the gorgeous balcony with a huge table set back just enough to truly enjoy the morning sun. Mar Vista itself was also a great facility. Because one day was a bit rainy, we actually used every pool and jacuzzi (indoor and outdoor) along with the lazy river. And they were all HEATED! The location within walking distance of Main Street was also a big plus. All of us have spent many summer vacations throughout our lives at North Carolina and South Carolina beaches and our biggest compliment has to be our communication with the owners. From the moment we booked the property, we received detailed check-in instructions and information about the condo and facility making the process from check-in to check-out flawless. They literally thought of everything and we had contact numbers for any questions. A text we sent before arriving asking about what appliances were in the condo was answered immediately. While we had no problems at all, there is a great sense of security in knowing that, should you have concerns, they will be answered promptly. We would whole-heartedly recommend Blue Haven as the perfect vacation choice and hope to return there on future visits.
