Nice holiday home, just 3 km from Playa de Palma, yanbsp; 8 km from Palma, in 5 minutes by car you will find supermarkets, restaurants, beaches, health center, pharmacies, etc. Large fenced pool with solarium and sun loungers, house distributed on two floors, overlooking the pool, garden and mountains. Three double bedrooms with air conditioning and ceiling fan in all bedrooms. Easy access, Wifi, TV, perfect for families. We recommend renting a car.
House totally for private use, large 10x6 pool with protection for children (NOT HEATED).Distributed on two floors, on the lower floor, a spacious dining room, a double bedroom with air conditioning hot and cold pump and ceiling fan, with two beds and a full bathroom. On the second floor, living room with fireplace (overlooking the pool), large kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, utensils, etc ... two double bedrooms with air conditioning, ceiling fan and a full bathroom.
It has a ping pong table, barbecue, several terraces, in a very quiet area, but close to all services (by car), it is not a comfortable house if you do not have a vehicle.
The day of arrival we will wait for you at the property to facilitate your accommodation.We will provide you with local and island information to make your stay more pleasant by providing an interactive map with a QR code that will geolocate the places of greatest interest, making it very easy to use via mobile.
 
-We will not accept groups of friends under 30 years old, only families or couples.
-Check-in is made by appointment between 16:00 and 23:00 (we are flexible in the event that there is no departure that same day, upon request and subject to availability), for this reason, we request that at the time of confirming the reservation, provide us
-Parties or events are not allowed, nor bring guests who do not belong to the reserve.
-Last day it is the responsibility of the guests to throw the garbage and leave the kitchenware clean, otherwise there will be a penalty of € 50.

-The pool lights are on timer and turn off at 00:00.

Great house, the photos didn’t do the outside space justice! Lots of space, lots of chairs multiple different locations to relax in depending if you want sun or shade with no immediate neighbours so felt very private. Only a short (10mins) cab journey to the beach which was very easy due to Uber.

Rigtig skønt hus med de skønneste omgivelser. Huset og grunden giver rigtig god grundlag for afslapning og samvær med familien. Der er ikke langt til indkøbsmuligheder, restauranter seværdigheder og strand. Du har det hele lige ved hånden. Værterne har hele tiden været til at komme hurtigt i kontakt med i tilfælde af spørgsmål og var hurtige og venlige til at svare både inden og under opholdet. Vi vil helt sikkert gerne besøge dette hus igen.

Una casa muy bonita para alojarse en Mallorca. Mucho espacio y todo estaba limpio. Puedes oír los aviones por la mañana, pero no es muy molesto. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue muy rápida y satisfactoria. También pudimos salir de forma flexible.

Charming house listing was a lovely farmhouse style villa good outdoor space good size swimming pool nice size rooms for a family, fairy private in a rural location, slightly close to the airport so there was some noise in the mornings. Car is definitely required. Villa is about a 10 minute drive to get to Palmer and the old town and beaches. The hosts were very accommodating and the villa was very well equipped with kitchen appliances, pool games and a smart Tv. We would definitely stay again.
