Meet our charming detached villa, located just 15 minutes from Palma. It can accommodate up to 12 people and has a large swimming pool, free WIFI, AC and satellite TV - everything you need to enjoy unforgettable days in Mallorca! In addition, its privileged location allows you to easily access all points of the island. In addition, the 10 x 5 m private swimming pool is the perfect place to relax or enjoy with the family. And if that wasn't enough, all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, SMART-TV and WIFI. From the cosy living room you can enjoy spectacular views over the bay of Palma. Furthermore, the flat is divided into two floors and has two barbecues and several terraces, ideal to enjoy the good weather! It is located in a quiet area, only 15 minutes by car from Palma and 25 minutes from the best beaches. It is perfect for families or couples.
Moreover, it is perfectly equipped, it has 520 m2! On the upper floor, we are welcomed by a cosy living-dining room with views to the bay and a decorative fireplace that adds a touch of warmth. There is also a guest toilet, a large fully equipped kitchen with access to a terrace and a winter barbecue. 
In addition, we have two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, the master bedroom with a 150 cm bed and a terrace of about 40 m2 with a large built-in wardrobe, and the second bedroom with two 90 cm beds, terrace, built-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom.

There are also two bedrooms, one with two double beds and one with four single beds, sharing a bathroom. And downstairs, you have an amazing space for the whole family to have fun! There is a three-sided pool table that converts into a ping-pong table, a professional table football, electronic darts, dartboards for children, various games (chess, Parcheesi, cards, poker, and more!), and a kitchenette with fridge, microwave and dishwasher. You won't be short of anything! Furthermore, this cosy lounge leads out to the private swimming pool and gardens, where you can relax in the sun or enjoy a good book, music or a rest in the cotton hammocks. And on the terrace, you will find a summer barbecue that maintains the traditional Mallorcan charm. And if you like sports, in the garden you will find a football goal and a basketball hoop. And best of all, the rooms and common areas are incredibly spacious! And best of all, you can enjoy the whole house! There are two toilets (one outside), four en-suite bathrooms, two bathrooms (one outside) and a bathroom.

The house is completely stunning with a beautiful outdoor space and amazing amenities. Loads of places to sit and eat and drink. All bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and the host couldn’t have been easier to work with, we really appreciated his local recommendations and even left some beer for us in the fridge - so kind! The villa is a little far out of Palma so we needed a lot of taxis but it was the most central location I could find to host 12 people - would 100% recommend staying here!

Grosse Finca mit super schöner Aussicht auf die Bucht von Palma. Wir waren als 9 köpfige Familie mit Kind eine Woche dort. War alles vorhanden, sogar Spielzeug und Schwimmreifen für in den Pool oder ans Meer. Der Pool ist sehr gross und man kann gut auch seine Längen schwimmen. Die Zimmer hatten eigene Badezimmer, was super war. Lage ist in einem Wohnquartier, nicht unbedingt zentral, dafür sehr ruhig. Kein Durchgangsverkehr. Die Einrichtung isch schon etwas älter aber gepflegt und alles sehr sauber gehalten. Wir empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Kinderfreundlich. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge (Auto muss vorhanden sein). Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Charming House. Rundum zufrieden.

Rundum Zufrieden

Positiv: Das Haus und der Pool sind gross und die Gegend ruhig (dafür abgelegen). Negativ: Das Haus ist sanierungsbedürftig. Die Türen quitschen, die Dusch-Türen lassen sich nicht gut schliessen, alle Sanitäranlagen sind alt, die Better quitschen bei jeder Bewegung, die Matratzen sind unbequem, die Sonnenschirme defekt (wurden fairerweise nach 3 Tagen ersetzt), die Pool-Frischwasserzufuhr funktionierte nicht, weshalb das Wasser nach 2 Tagen verschmutzte, keine Klima in der Küche und den Wohnbereichen. Zusammengefasst ist der Preis für diesen Haus-Standard für uns nicht gerechtfertigt.

My family and I stayed her for 9 days (three generations of us) and it is very hard to fault the villa or the hosts. 
Firstly, the villa is huge, all the rooms are great with comfortable beds, the pool was great, there’s great cooking facilities indoor or outdoor. A car really is a must, but we knew that going in.
The hosts were fantastic, we had a couple of queries and made a particular request, which even if it wasn’t fulfilled I would have been happy but they did manage to sort the request for us.
Would 100% come back and I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here
