The apartment is on the lower ground floor of the main house. This immaculate apartment features open-plan living and kitchen areas, a beautifully appointed double bedroom with super-king size bed, a sofa with a small double sofa bed that can be made up upon request*, and an outdoor terrace area from which to enjoy the stunning views of the estuary and surrounding countryside. The property also benefits from private parking for one car, offering convenience and peace of mind. In addition, there is free on-street parking available nearby. Guests can also opt to have use of the terrace’s hot tub* which provides a luxurious way to unwind and make the most of the wonderful setting. *Please note that additional fees apply for hot tub use and/or for the additional sofa bed to be made Creek's View is a modern 1 bedroom apartment on the lower ground floor of the main house and has its own private entrance, accessed by steps from the driveway. The interconnecting door is locked at all times to ensure your complete privacy. Your private terrace has an outdoor table and chair set, so you can enjoy alfresco dining and enjoy the fabulous water and countryside views. Use of the hot tub can be arranged for you and the sofa bed to be made up as optional additional extras. Please note however that the main house gardens are for private use only. Parking at the property is available for 1 car on the gravel drive and there is also free on street parking available nearby. Whilst I live in the main house adjacent to the apartment, your privacy is very important to me. However, it is reassuring to know that should you need me to help during your stay, I am just a stone’s throw away and more than happy to help. Kingsbridge is a market town. Fabulous independent shops .Creeks View is very central but just enough to feel out of town for quiet time. Only 2 minutes walk is a lovely park with a very cute cafe that serves a variety of delicious foods. The park has a tennis court and playing field. On the opposite side of the road is the embankment, great for a morning walk into town by the water to grab a coffee or taking the children crabbing. I would advise to travel by your own transport. Buses run and the taxi rank is only a short walk away. No trains - except the little fun children's train which travels up and down the embankment! Hot tub Use of the terrace’s hot tub can be arranged for you with an additional fee of £20 per stay. Please do let us know in advance if you would like to use it, so we can arrange payment and prepare the hot tub for your arrival. Extra Bed If you would like the small double sofa bed made up there is an additional cost of £10.00. Please let us know prior to your arrival so we can advise house keeping. Main house gardens Please note that the main gardens are for private family use, but the apartment does have its own terrace area where a table and chair set is provided to enable you to enjoy alfresco dining and the stunning views.
