Guests who value location, cleanliness, comfort, parking and a premium Fitzroy North address will be very happy here.

A small balcony overlooking the leafy surrounds — a lovely spot to enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink. In the warmer months, you may even spot hot air balloons drifting over the area early in the morning. They can pass surprisingly close, adding a special Melbourne moment to your stay.
Guests have private access to the entire one-bedroom apartment, including the living area, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and balcony. The building's shared areas and communal laundry facilities are also available for guest use.
