31 - Ocean Blue

This stay was so enjoyable! From the time I booked to the time we left the property the manager was informative and easy to reach. Her level of hospitality was just what we were looking for and the place was perfect! We had an amazing time and will be back! For first timers to the Keys the information she provided didn't disappoint - from the snorkel and sandbar trip with the Marathon Mermaid to all of the food suggestions. Her recommendations made the time that we were there enjoyable - and the sunset from the walkable park - breathtaking!

Breathtaking Stay!!

Great place to stay off the beaten path. I really enjoyed my stay. It was peaceful and couldn’t have been any better.

Peaceful Stay

The place is just as adorable as the photos. It was very clean and quiet, even with the pool in the middle. There’s even a balcony with chairs. We would definitely like to stay here again.

Lovely Stay

I stayed in unit 31 for two nights and loved how calming the vibes were. I had everything I needed and even more - spacious studio felt like a little cozy house in the middle of the ocean, clean and neat with amazing shower which is extremely important in Florida.

Calming Vives

The unit was perfect. My son and I visited the keys and wanted something central so we could bounce around a bit. This was a perfect location. We opted for a private condo over a resort so we could experience all the keys had to offer and not feel obligated to stay in resort. While at the place, however, the beach was great and the pool was a nice way to end the day before heading back out for dinner. The unit was clean, stocked, and very comfortable. The manager was gracious and responsive and provided plenty of local details to help make our trip easier. Thanks again!!!
