If you are planning a family vacation to the Florida Keys, Unit #41 offers the perfect combination of comfort and convenience.
Unit #41 is a beautiful appointed two bedroom condo at the Continental. Located on the second floor and accessible by one flight of stairs, it is just steps from the heated pool and a short walk to the property's private beach. Please note that the building does not have an elevator.
&nbsp;Each&nbsp;bedroom includes two queen size beds. The updated bathroom offers a walk-in shower and ample storage; however, there is no bathtub in the unit.&nbsp;Fresh bath towels, beach towels, and crisp, clean linens are provided upon arrival. We take great pride in maintaining our units to the highest standards of cleanliness to ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable and spotless stay.

The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances along with cookware, dish ware, cutlery, and glassware-ideal for preparing meals during your stay. Guests can also take advantage of the beachfront BBQ grills for outdoor dining with beautiful ocean views.
For added comfort and entertainment, SmartTV's are available in each bedroom, and the living area provides generous space to relax and unwind. Complimentary WiFi and free on-site parking are included. Parking for boats or trailers is not permitted, and there is no dock available at the Continental.
A shared laundry facility is located in the common area on the side of the building and includes two washers and two dryers. In-unit laundry is not available.
This condo is not ADA compliant and may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations. The route from the common areas does not accommodate mobility devices. The bathroom has not been modified for accessibility, the doorway may not allow full wheelchair access, and grab bars are not installed.

41 - Generations in Paradise (2 bdrm)

Manager went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location, being right in the middle of Marathon, was super convenient. The property, while being well established, had everything we needed. Will be staying here again soon I have a feeling.

Had a great family vacation staying at this place. It was perfect for our family of 4. We loved the pool and the little beach was beautiful. Great location to stay in Key Colony Beach, or to drive up and down hwy 1 to explore the rest of the keys. Sparky's landing was our favorite local restaurant!
