Unit #40 is a newly renovated oceanfront studio condo, thoughtfully updated for a comfortable stay. Located on the second floor and accessible by one flight of stairs, it is just steps from the heated pool and a short walk to the property's private beach. Please note that the building does not have an elevator.
This condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests. Unit features&nbsp;two queen size beds. The updated bathroom offers a walk-in shower and ample storage; however, there is no bathtub in the unit.&nbsp;Fresh bath towels, beach towels, and crisp, clean linens are provided upon arrival. We take great pride in maintaining our units to the highest standards of cleanliness to ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable and spotless stay.
The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances along with cookware, dish ware, cutlery, and glassware-ideal for preparing meals during your stay. Guests can also take advantage of the beachfront BBQ grills for outdoor dining with beautiful ocean views.
For added comfort and entertainment, a SmartTV is available. Complimentary WiFi and free on-site parking are included. Parking for boats or trailers is not permitted, and there is no dock available at the Continental.
A shared laundry facility is located in the common area on the side of the building and includes two washers and two dryers. In-unit laundry is not available.
This condo is not ADA compliant and may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations. The route from the common areas does not accommodate mobility devices. The bathroom has not been modified for accessibility, the doorway may not allow full wheelchair access, and grab bars are not installed.

40 - Ocean Front Delight

Wow, wow, wow! This unit was absolutely stunning, as pictured. The condo was easy to get to and in a beautiful, peaceful setting. It’s a hidden gem in Marathon Key that provided: clean and up to date amenities, a quiet pool space with floaties, a serene beach with bbq/picnic table access as well as the ability to walk right into the ocean, quiet neighborhood and accessibility to Key West all the way up to Key Largo. The manager went above and beyond; treated us like family. We would love to be back.

This was one of our favorite places to stay. The easy location so close to the water is amazing. Beautiful views and the beach area is very well maintained with lots of chairs. Condo was very clean and comfortable. The whole KCB area is quiet and relaxed. The managers communication of local restaurants and attractions was so helpful. We will be back!

We loved this place! It literally felt like you were on the beach in the condo--the views were incredible. Turquoise water for days! You could open the windows and patio door and feel the ocean breeze. Our family of 4 (mom, dad, 2 teens) stayed here and it was perfect. Just a few steps to the beach or pool, or Sunset Park, super clean and updated, comfy beds, plenty of storage for our stuff, nice bathroom and huge shower, kitchen had supplies so we could cook a bit. We didn't want to leave! It's a quiet condo building and everyone was so friendly. We'll be back!

This was a great place to stay! It was so clean, check-in was easy, cleanup and checkout instructions were very clear and easy to understand. We’ll definitely be back for another stay. A very nice and quiet resort to stay at.
