Unit #4 is a newly renovated,&nbsp;ground floor condo only a few steps from the property's private beach and heated pool. 
This condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests. Unit features two queen size beds. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower and ample storage; however, there is no bathtub in the unit. Fresh bath towels, beach towels, and crisp, clean linens are provided upon arrival. We take great pride in maintaining our units to the highest standards of cleanliness to ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable and spotless stay.
The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances along with cookware, dish ware, cutlery, and glassware-ideal for preparing meals during your stay. Guests can also take advantage of the beachfront BBQ grills for outdoor dining with beautiful ocean views.
For added comfort and entertainment, a SmartTV is available. Complimentary WiFi and free on-site parking are included. Parking for boats or trailers is not permitted, and there is no dock available at the Continental.
A shared laundry facility is located in the common area on the side of the building and includes two washers and two dryers. In-unit laundry is not available.
This condo is not ADA compliant and may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations. The route from the common areas does not accommodate mobility devices. The bathroom has not been modified for accessibility, the doorway may not allow full wheelchair access, and grab bars are not installed.

04 - Poolside by the Sea

My family if four had a great 2 night stay! We were conveniently located in the middle of the Keys, making the drive down from Ft Lauderdale doable, and a nice drive to Key West, without having yo stay all the way down there. I especially appreciated the pre-arrival message from the manager, explaining what type of coffee maker the unit had and what soaps we might need to grab ourselves. We were able to stop and get supplies on the way so we could just relax upon arrival. Such a nice quiet place to relax!

We loved this place! Amazing stay with our 4 year old son. The room was a good size and fully fitted kitchen with everything you need. WiFi was good, pool was great and local to all restaurants etc in Key Colony and Marathon. The manager was super responsive with some great recommendations.

Communication with the manager was excellent, and the place is very clean. There is everything you need in the apartment, and in the town itself, there is also everything you could ever need.
