<p><strong>Casa Alegria</strong> is a traditional Andalusian-style villa that we fell in love with at first sight. Located in the heart of the <strong>Costa Tropical</strong>, it offers spectacular panoramic views of the sea, the majestic mountains, and the charming nearby towns. It is the perfect destination for those seeking year-round sunshine, exquisite local cuisine, and endless outdoor activities.</p>
<h3>Unique Layout & Modern Comfort</h3>
<p>Our villa features a unique architectural design where you enter from the top floor, descending into the heart of the home.</p>
<ul><li><strong>Top Floor (Entrance Level):</strong> Right at the entrance, you will find private parking and our <strong>jacuzzi </strong>(extra paid). Imagine spending your evenings in the warm water, admiring the "mountains falling into the sea."</li><li><strong>Mid-Floor:</strong> The social heart of the villa. This level features a cozy living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. From here, you can step out onto the shaded terrace—complete with a grill and dining table—perfect for al fresco meals or a comfortable day of remote work.</li><li><strong>Lower Floor:</strong> The quiet sleeping zone, featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms.<ul><li><strong>Master Bedroom:</strong> One double bed.</li><li><strong>Guest Bedroom 1:</strong> Two single beds.</li><li><strong>Guest Bedroom 2:</strong> Two single beds (arranged as one large double bed).</li></ul>
<p>For your convenience, there are <strong>two walk-in closets </strong>and a dedicated <strong>laundry room.</strong><br></p>

<p>All bedrooms offer direct access to the lower terrace—an ideal spot for morning yoga or a game of ping-pong. From this terrace, stairs lead down to the lush garden and our <strong>heated swimming pool</strong> (heating available for an extra fee).</p>
<h3>Location & Activities</h3>
<ul><li><strong>Beach & Town:</strong> Almuñécar beach is just a 15–20 minute walk (or a short drive) away, where you’ll find vibrant beach bars and restaurants. The city center is a pleasant 30–35 minute walk.</li><li><strong>Day Trips:</strong> We are perfectly situated between <strong>Malaga and Granada</strong> (both approx. 1 hour away). Explore the world-famous Alhambra, enjoy authentic Flamenco shows, or indulge in high-end dining.</li><li><strong>Sports & Adventure:</strong> A true paradise for active travelers! Enjoy paragliding, canyoning, kayaking, windsurfing, or cycling (both road and MTB).</li><li><strong>Ski & Surf:</strong> The <strong>Sierra Nevada</strong> ski resort is only 1.5 hours away (open Nov–April). It offers the rare opportunity to ski in the morning and swim in the Mediterranean by the afternoon!</li></ul>
