Sea View Suite

Beautiful apartment. Great host. Would recommend. 5/5 stars

5/5 stars

I’m normally a hotel traveler and rarely stay in Airbnbs, but my partner and I were visiting Floripa for New Year’s Eve week and decided to take a chance on an Airbnb near Praia Mole instead of a hotel. At first, Cozy Casa felt almost too good to be true: stunning views, beautiful design, and an incredible location. Despite having few reviews, we reached out to the host, Sophie, who immediately put us at ease with clear, thoughtful communication and details about the extensive renovation she had recently completed.Upon arrival, everything exceeded expectations. The property was exactly as pictured, if not better, and our suite felt brand new. It was immaculately clean, pristine, and clearly finished with great care.Sophie’s communication throughout was proactive, detailed, and seamless, making the entire stay effortless. Between the peaceful setting, proximity to the beach, and overall quality of the space, this ended up being one of our favorite stays anywhere.

Being one of our favorite stays

Super beautiful "boutique hotel style" place right above Praia Mole, one of the most iconic beaches on Santa Catarina island (Florianópolis). Sophie has a passion for interior design and architecture - and everything is beautifully curated. Very high quality furniture and fittings - way above normal standard in Brazil. For example, super comfy mattress, pillows, linens, really good air conditioning, kitchenware, ... all the small details were perfect. One of the downsides of Florianópolis, like many hotspots (Tulum, Bali, ...) is the traffic. Depending on the time of the day and week, it take a while to get around the island. But here you don't really need to leave because you got the beach right outside, as well as some nice restaurants in Barra de Lagoa and Lagoa. I can definitely recommend this place
