Moulin Niras, a lovingly converted ancient olive mill, with 5 double ensuite bedrooms, a sleeping loft (2 further single beds). 2 bedrooms are accessible from inside the house, and the others from the terrace. Nestled in the middle of 2+ acres of private gardens, a 10-minute walk from a Provencal village and 35mins drive from St Raphael beach. Large swimming pool (open approx. Easter to end-September, 11mx6mx3.3m with 1m ledge at deep end, additional pool bathroom), terrace and boules court. Aircon in all bedrooms. 

It has five large double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, plus a sleeping loft with a further two single beds accessed via the fifth bedroom. The 'cook's' kitchen has a La Canche double oven, and there's a Weber gas barbecue with the outside dining area on the large poolside terrace. There is plenty of communal space both inside and outside the house, large open fireplaces and sitting areas inside and out, a boules court and games room with Bonzini competition foosball table.
It has a totally private and secluded setting, with the house sitting in the middle of mature gardens. Entire garden is fenced so children have plenty of room to play and explore.
Guests have exclusive access to the full house and gardens with parking for 6 cars.
Our house manager lives in the village and is always on hand for assistance. An exceptional cook is also available and knows the house well.
Moulin Niras is a ten minute walk from a characterful Provencal village of Callas&nbsp;with friendly locals and traditional favorites of a weekly market, good selection of cafes and restaurants, bakery/patisserie, general store and superb wine shop.
The TGV stops just 15 minutes away in Draguignan.
All bedlinens, bath towels and pool towels are included, in addition to utilities and firewood.
