 Guest access All unenclosed areas of the accommodation can be used. Access is fully automated via our smart key boxes. You can find all this information in the guestbook, which you have already received. Furthermore, you will need to fill out a form before check-in. This ensures we comply with our legal obligations.
 Further important information: To sustainably protect our dear neighbors and our beautiful apartment, a sensor for noise, humidity and smoke detection has been installed in the apartment.
 For warm days, an air cooler fan with water cooling and humidification is available — for a noticeably fresh, pleasant airflow.
The washing machine and dryer are located in the private garage and can be used if required after a short consultation with us.
 Pets are very welcome here! 🐾 We charge an additional cleaning and care fee of €10 per pet per night. This will be added during the booking process.
 For bookings of 9 nights or more, a paid mid-stay cleaning is mandatory; for longer stays, the number of cleanings increases accordingly. These cleanings will be billed via the check-in portal and scheduled with you.
 The tourist tax for the city of Trier is collected via the check-in portal.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft! Tolle Ausstattung, einfach mit dem ÖPNV von der Innenstadt zu erreichen und sehr einfache Kommunikation mit den Hosts! Insgesamt für Gruppenreisen klar zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und genauso wie beschrieben. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die ruhige Lage sowie die gemütliche Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert und die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war freundlich und zuverlässig. Alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt, war vorhanden. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
