 All unlocked areas of the accommodation are available for use. Access is fully automated via our smart key boxes. Further details can be found in the guestbook you have already received. Additionally, you will need to fill out a form before check-in. This ensures we comply with our legal obligations.
 Further important information:
 Your apartment is located at Pferdemarkt 7, directly to the right of Pizzeria Rustica in the pedestrian zone (blue door and garage door). Important: There are some stairs in the building, some of which are quite narrow. The garage is also only suitable for smaller cars.
To sustainably protect our dear neighbors and our beautiful apartment, a sensor for noise, humidity and smoke detection has been installed in the apartment.
 For warm days, an air cooler fan with water cooling and humidification is available — for a noticeably fresh, pleasant airflow.
 Pets are very welcome! 🐾 We charge a fee of €10 per pet per night for the additional cleaning and care required. This will be added during the booking process.
 For bookings of 9 nights or more, a paid mid-stay cleaning is mandatory; for longer stays, the number of cleanings increases accordingly. These cleanings will be billed via the check-in portal and scheduled with you.

La maison est située dans un quartier touristique et très agréable ! La maison est très bien équipée, et très propre avec des pièces spacieuses et joliment bien décorées . On s y sent bien direct ! Sans oublier la terrasse avec barbecue et jolie vue !

Coup de cœur absolu !

Wir haben drei Nächte in der Wohnung verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden! Sie ist sehr geräumig, geht über drei Etagen und man hat wirklich viel Platz. Die Lage ist auch 1A, man ist direkt in der wunderschönen Altstadt und am Wasserfall. Könnte nicht besser gelegen sein! Sehr ruhig war es trotzdem, da die Fenster sehr gut abdichten. Vielen Dank noch mal für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit top Lage

Alles sehr gut gelaufen. Einfacher Check-in und Check-out. Viele Infos vorab. Schnelle Antwortzeit. Die Lage ist super zentral und es war ausreichend Platz. Vielen Dank.

Das Haus liegt im Stadtzentrum, in einem sehr touristischen Viertel: wunderschön! Es ist ruhig und bietet einen echten Tapetenwechsel. Das Haus ist wirklich fantastisch: Man fühlt sich dort sofort wohl! Die Zimmer sind so geräumig, der Wohnbereich ist perfekt eingerichtet und die Einrichtung ist erstklassig! Ganz zu schweigen vom Komfort und der Aussicht von der Terrasse! Moritz ist sehr entgegenkommend, wenn man etwas braucht :) und sehr freundlich. Empfehlenswert!

Top, top, top!

Wir durften in dieser schönen, sehr geräumigen Wohnung mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Teenagern übernachten. Wir konnten alles gut finden und mit den Anweisungen, die wir schnell erhalten haben. Alles war genau wie beschrieben und die Schlafzimmer waren sehr geräumig und die Betten schliefen wunderbar. Seife, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Toilettenpapier usw. werden bereitgestellt. Es war alles sauber und die Küche hatte alles, was man brauchte (und mehr). Die Kommunikation war schnell und effizient. Wir haben es genossen! Wir waren die ersten Mieter und haben den Vermieter kontaktiert, um die i's für zukünftige Mieter zu setzen. Empfohlen!
