In line with Noosa Shire Council, Stayz, and the Holiday Code of Conduct, this property has a strict no-party & no-events policy and is not available to young groups or schoolies.

Council regulations limit occupancy to a maximum of 2 guests per bedroom.

Please be respectful of our neighbours by keeping outdoor noise to a minimum and observing quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am.

We love this wonderful holiday destination at Peregian Beach. Such a great home with everything you need for a perfect stay. The house is great for people and fur babies. Great yard. The house is very beachy and so comfortable. Walking distance to Peregian coffee shops. It has all you need at your fingertips, spacious and clean. So happy with the hosts. Been here a few times now and will definitely be back, could not be happier and we feel all our friends about how much we love staying here. Highly recommend.

Another wonderful stay!

We found our 2021 Orangewood holiday exceptionally enjoyable. We were very impressed with the new furniture with personal touches an added enhancement. The interior was immaculate. The exterior was a delight to see a fresh different color. The yard was freshly mowed on our arrival & the garden was extremely well kept. We wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend Orangewood house & both my Partner, myself & our 2 4 legged fur babies plan to return for our annual holiday in 2022.

We had a lovely week with our dog in this very pet friendly, clean, well presented home.  The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, and we made good use of the outside area and bbq.  The property is well fenced and we were happy to leave our dog in the yard on occasion when we went exploring by ourselves.  It is a short walk to the beach and just a 10 minute walk to Peregian Beach village, which is completely dog friendly evidenced by the number of white plastic water bowls dotted around.  I would also highly recommend the local IGA supermarket, which has an amazing array of organic and gourmet foods.  I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to enjoy a week or two with the pets happy in the knowledge that you will be welcomed at the local coffee shops and pub.

This is an easy five stars. Location a few minutes from the beach, house is clean and bright, well organised and modern. A really great holiday experience and we would not hesitate to recommend it to others. Thanks Jim and Rebecca!

The pooches and I enjoyed out week at Orangewood, the aircon in the master bedroom and the living area was really appreciated with the high temperatures for this time of the year, it made the stay more enjoyable. The pooches loved the fenced property and the grassed areas and within walking distance to the beach. 
A nice clean property, comfortable beds and all the utensils you would ever need and a Weber Q barbecue was wonderful. 
A very enjoyable stay.
